Totally poor service as wrong password issued and no one help even they posted the emergency number at the hotel door. There were cockroaches at the door entry. I was waited 2 hours and no one help at 2am. Finally I had to book another hotel nearby. And the hotel not give me refund anyway. Absolutely not recommand to you with this hotel.

This is to help fellow travellers. This hotel is a self check-in hotel, there is no staff manning the place whatsoever. There are 2 entrances, one via stairs to 2 floor, the other has a lift from ground floor but you have to locate it via some back alley which is not easy to locate at first, if you are coming from Metro station, turn left into the alley just before you see the sign. IMPORTANT: Do ensure that you receive a set of check-in instructions (PDF) from the hotel especially the 4 digit code to access the hotel. Apparently they forgot to send it to me and I was stuck outside for hours. There is no way to contact the hotel at all, tried over 2 days prior to and during the actual check-in. Even the tour agent and local agent couldn’t reach them via phone, email whatsoever. Book at your own risk. Hope this review helps, cheers!

The hotel was nice and very near to Izumisano station (Kansas Line, is just crossing the road from the station). Great location easy to find food and 7-11 just at the conner of the station. The only challenge is no service desk to help if you have questions… all self service.

No help from staff.
We waited 5 hours outside. they gave me a wrong pass code to enter the elevator and realised it was incorrect at their fault after 5 hours
