Newly built hotel with a beautiful design, colors that create absolute relaxation. Very central location. Breakfast without equal with an infinite assortment of sweet and savory. The convenient location, unique yet relaxing interior, clean and functional plumbing, and constant service all exceeded my expectations. The quality of the lunch buffet at the hotel restaurant exceeds the price. I thought it could be more crowded. When I go to Osaka, I would like to consider this place first.

Lovely hotel in terms of location, decor and service.It was recently opened and the staff is very kind and speaks English, which is a bit rare in Japanese hotels. The kitchen is directed by Mr. Aldo, an Italian chef, who has managed to make the right mix between Italian and Japanese cuisine. The dishes are served with an eye to beauty but above all to flavor and quality. The cuisine certainly deserves a note of merit.

My stay can be described as an upscale and premium experience. As a platinum member, I did not receive an upgrade upon check-in. On the last day, I asked the receptionist for an upgrade and received a King Premium room on a higher floor. Staff were polite in all of our interactions and speak decent English if you do not know any Japanese.The lobby, hallway, and rooms are very clean and modern while showing the Voco brand theme throughout the hotel. Every floor has a water/ice station for convenience. There are also umbrellas you can rent by the entrance of the hotel.Housekeeping does a very good job at ensuring the room is tidy. The hard and soft product of Voco Osaka Central is great and I definitely recommend staying here during your travels.

Extremely comfortable shower and bedding that will guarantee a good nights rest! We just checked out and already miss it. Lots is cute cool local places to eat in the surrounding quiet streets so don’t forget to check those out (as it might seem very business - y at first glance :)). Thank you Voco for your incredible hospitality and we hope to be back in the near future.

One of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in! I experienced a truly memorable breakfast sitting at a round table near the reception, right by the gate of the lobby. At 9:12 AM, the sun streamed in, bathing my leather sofa seat in a warm, bright glow. This spot is an absolute privilege for sun lovers, with the light hitting just right and creating the most inviting atmosphere.Btw, the egg Benedict with ham here was a masterpiece! Artwork!

I booked a room online and paid for it, and there was no problem checking in. When I checked out, I was told that the price was wrong and I had to make up for it. I directly charged it to my credit card without any discussion. I was caught in the mentality of tourists who checked out and had to catch a flight, so I overcharged this amount. Cost, pretty bad hotel.

I booked two rooms online and paid for them, and stayed for three nights. When I checked out, I was told that the price was wrong online and I needed to make up the difference (more than 30,000 yen). Moreover, it had already been deducted from my credit card and there was no room for discussion. They clearly knew the price. If there was a problem, they didn't make it clear when they checked in on the first day. They didn't tell them until they had to check out and catch a flight. There was no time to argue with them. It was a very bad hotel.
