Shinsaibashi Dotonbori Center has convenient transportation. There is FamilyMart nearby in a 4-minute walk. Lawson is a little further away. Nagahoribashi Station is a 5-10-minute walk away. The location is very convenient. The disadvantage is that there are many cowherd shops nearby, and there will be many people soliciting business nearby at night, making the entrance and exit complicated.The service attitude of the hotel staff is very friendly, and the bathroom in the room is also very small, but this is probably the case near Shinsaibashi. The hotel environment is quite satisfactory. I did not order breakfast this time, but there is a 24-hour all-you-can-drink beverage bar (coke, cantaloupe) Fanta, Calpis, Calpis Soda). The hotel also serves ramen for dinner until 21:00.

The room was clean and the staff was nice.The location is very convenient.There are many romantic places nearby🤪Due to the characteristics of the area, most nearby restaurants are open from dusk. You can go back to the hotel to take a rest every night before looking for delicious food nearby❣️

Very bad experience in this hotel. I made a reservation for 4 nights in August, Expedia defaulted to one person. But it was still a double room. I learned this upon arrival to my great surprise and I explained to them that it was a mistake because there were 2 of us and I apologized for that. I check on the site, for 1 or 2 people it was the same price so I tell myself that it’s not too serious. Well yes, the hotel tells me that I have to pay the additional sum of 12,000 yen for the 4 nights for the additional person. Unjustified amount because it is not even the price of a tourist tax. So I refused to pay this amount because for me it was theft. They were very aggressive and unprofessional in the way they spoke to me. Making no effort to speak English. So I asked for a cancellation and a refund so as not to sleep in this hotel where people speak badly to you!!!! So I had to relocate urgently. The only positive thing is that they agreed to refund me the 30,000 yen I had already paid. This is rubbish given that it was a double room too!!! I advise you not to make a mistake because mistakes are not tolerated there.

Amazing stay! The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station, which made it very convenient for getting around. The hotel was super clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We lost some luggage at the airport, and the staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with the calls and arranging delivery directly to the hotel. I highly recommend this place for its excellent service and hospitality

Stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. The shower gel and shampoo are very fragrant. The soundproofing of the room is good. The breakfast is the same every day. The breakfast includes freshly made ramen, salad, toast, oden, porridge, etc...The service staff are very kind and put the plates in the recycling area after the meal.Coke is served in the rest area, and many tourists will rest and chat here.

The room is extremely small, and it would be difficult for those of us with a fast figure to stay here. Fortunately, we are of standard figure. Hygiene-wise, it's pretty good, with a mole-free toilet and a bathtub. When I reported a problem to the housekeeping department, I felt very impatient and put on a bad face. There are many alleys nearby, with easy access to Lee stores and supermarkets. However, if you accidentally walk into the red light district, be careful if you have girls and children at home. Two days after arriving, I heard that items seemed to have been stolen from tenants on the same floor. I wonder what the outcome of the investigation was?

The room smells of smokeThe air-conditioning vents will blow all the way to your headThe hotel washing machine said it had laundry detergent in it, but the clothes smelled like sweat after washing. Apparently, the laundry detergent was used up and was not refilled!The dryer was very weak and it was not dry even after 90 minutes of drying!Finally, all the clothes are taken outside and washed again. It is recommended that you wash them directly outside, otherwise you will be like me and spend the money of washing clothes and drying twice!The ramen in the hotel is very salty, so it is recommended not to order it!advantage:The interior of the room is quite cleanThe location is quite convenient

The location is very good. There was Korean-speaking staff, so it was easy to respond, and the facilities were clean. Above all, the breakfast was so great. I have stayed at more than 15 hotels in Japan, and I think this is by far the best. There were many types of warm dishes including dim sum, karaage, and fish cake soup, and the breads were also delicious. I definitely want to stay there again.
