The hotel itself is clean, but there were times when cockroaches came out of the washing machine room, so I would like them to improve their hygiene!I had pillows that were fluffy and pillows that were flat, so I wanted them to be the same!

This is my first time staying in an accommodation that is not worth the money. I would rather have stayed at an Airbnb or a guesthouse. The bathroom was okay, but it was comfortable and had everything I needed. However, the accommodation was so small that I couldn't open my 28-inch suitcase;; The entrance is narrow and quite dusty, and there are three beds, two of which are real beds and one of which was provided as a makeshift bed. Why did I spend this money to just go to a capsule hotel?🤷‍♂️ It's unmanned so it doesn't really look like a hotel.

The room was larger than expected and the bathroom was clean.Due to unforeseen circumstances, I ended up staying two nights longer than planned, so I inquired via KakaoTalk. They helped me move to my room quickly, responded kindly in English, and I didn't hear any noise between floors or surroundings. It's close to Dotonbori, but it has a very local feel. There aren't many restaurants nearby, the operating hours are short so they close early, and there's no convenience store right downstairs. The TV only supports Japanese TV and OTT such as YouTube and Netflix ❌ There aren't many people around at night. However, it is clean and close to a large supermarket, subway station, Namba, and Dotonbori, so I plan to visit again!

Good to go with friendsRooms are usually for two people, so it would be better to go for an even number. You have to walk about 10 minutes to the station.Clean, no Korean, but good EnglishThere are no other services, so it's best if you just want to sleep. There are no facilities nearby, but there are no restrictions on walking to Namba.Flexibility to extend check-out timeIt was possible to inquire about restrictions via KakaoTalk.

It feels clean, but the futons are so stuffy that everyone's body hurts...I often stay at hotels in this price range, but honestly this hotel could be cheaper.

I’m from Canada and this is really like 4 star hotel. It’s better 3 stars comfort inn or quality inn and other 2/3 stars in America. This place seemed to improved since I read some bad reviews about their pillows and stuff. Or maybe we just lucked out. It is a nice hotel with comfy fluffy pillows. The washrooms are clean and pretty modern I’d say compared to 3 stars back home. The comforters are nice. Everything seemed to be well kept. The only downside I’d say is that they only provide ONE key card. We had 3 rooms with 3 people/room and there’s only one key card to go around. Also if the key card is not in the slot in the room, ALL the lights will turn off automatically. So not only u only get 1 key card between 3 people, the lights do not work if one person wants to stay in hotel and the other needs the card to go out.. so either the key card stays in hotel for the person staying in and the people outside will need to knock on door (hopefully not showering cuz they might not hear it).. or the person takes the key card out with them and leaves the ppl staying in hotel with no light accessible.. not sure why they operate it like that (maybe to save electricity but that should be illegal if we’re paying for our stay we should be able to use the lights since we paid for it during that period). Anyways that’s a huge downside for us since we’re a large group and want to explore different things but only limited to one card and can’t even stay in hotel without the card because we can’t see without electricity for the lights.

It's nice that the rooms are clean and you can check in and check out without meeting anyone. There were no particular problems!
