Rooms were small, but cozy. I wish they had bigger rooms with a reception. The doors tend to get airtight, we were confused and had to knock another room for help. We tried to contact support, but no one responded, and we got a response next day. For emergency situations this can be terrible.

The room is spacious. Good value for money, close to Shin Osaka Station, just a short walk away. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby.The rooms are clean, quiet, and have a washing machine and a small kitchen for use. The bathroom has a tub.Entering and exiting the accommodation uses a code. It is safe.

The floor is raised and the chairs inside are not easy to sit on. There is only one elevator and you have to wait for a long time.The location is very convenient from Shin-Osaka JR, and there are free umbrellas available for loan.

I love staying here whenever I’m in Osaka. The room is sooo clean, though cleanliness is usual in Japan! One of the reasons why I love the country. It’s quite big than other hotels, it has complete cooking utensils. It has washing machine too, complete amenities, with bath tub (as usual in Japan too). Super worthy for the price. Budget hotel apartment, with everything you need. 3-5 mins walk from Shin-Osaka Station. 2 mins walk from Lawson Mart and other nearby inconvenience stores like Family Mart, as well as restaurants nearby. Quiet location too, more like a residential but very accessible to everything you need! Great location overall!

This is a great place to stay, especially if you want to use it as a base for exploring the region by train. Owner was very easy to deal with and resolved all issues. I enjoyed seeing how Japanese apartments differ from those at home. There are many features of this apartment that I would incorporate in a new build at home.

A pleasant and pricey apartment close to the Shin Osaka main station to explore Osaka. Rooms are clean and you will find everything you need. No interaction with the service crew at any time. No luggage storage before check in or after check out time.

Great location, very close to Shin Osaka Station (just across the overpass over the tracks), an excellent base for exploring the Kansai and Chūgoku prefectures (Kyoto, Nara, Hiroshima are easily and quickly accessible). Convenient appartment and approachable and proactive host. Very quiet and fairly spacious, especially for Japanese standards.

We stayed 5 nights at the start of our Japan trip. We didn’t realise it was Golden week so lucky we booked a longer stay.The room is reasonably large for a big city. It was fantastic to have laundry and kitchen facilities. The bedroom was ok, not as large as photos suggest. It is very close to Shin-Osaka station so great for arrival and departure and although not super close to major sites the subway has you there in no time. Quiet at night.

It’s just a short walk from Shin-Osaka Station. It has everything you need with convenient stores nearby. The apartment felt like ”home” especially after coming back from spending a full day each in Kyoto, Nara, and Universal Studios.
