The front staff was very kind.I arrived at night and had no sense of geography, so it was very helpful for me to be shown the location of the building in detail. The uniform was stylish and cute. I was impressed by the soft and clean entrance and front desk of the hotel.It was very easy to get there from Shin-Osaka Station by following the directions on the hotel's website. The room was clean and cute with wooden tables and clocks. I was also happy that there was a clearly marked space to take off your shoes once you entered. All the necessary amenities were provided, and there were separate room wear and nightwear that could be worn indoors, so I was able to spend a very comfortable stay.I would like to use it again when I go to Osaka.

This hotel is the twin brother of Shin-Osaka Station, with similar facilities, interiors and design. All the features of the station hotel are also repeated here. Suitable as a modest option for a forced overnight stay.

It was conveniently located about 5 minutes walk from Shin-Osaka Station. The room was renovated and clean, and the staff was very nice! The breakfast was elaborate and the bread was delicious.

It's near Shin-Osaka Station, so it's close to the station and convenient for food stores and shopping, but you can hear some train noise. The room is clean and larger than a normal hotel. Breakfast comes for free, but it's such a high-quality Western-style breakfast that you won't believe it's free. It was very delicious. It's not a buffet style, but there's plenty of food. You can freely refill bread, soup, and drinks. Hotel prices are also reasonable.

It was a short walk from Shin-Osaka Station.The breakfast was just the right amount and looked cute. The building we stayed in was recently renovated and was clean, but I felt that the cleaning had not been done right down to the details.First of all, the air conditioner in the room had accumulated a lot of dust and was completely visible.It may have been a coincidence, but I saw something like a long black thread showing through the bed sheets, so when I pulled the sheets off, two 15cm long hairs came out.It was also a shame that the TV was placed over the door to the bathroom.Also, the front desk is in the building across the street, so it might be a hassle on bad weather days.The amenities were very good, the scent was soothing, and the staff was courteous.

I stayed in a family twin with my 1 year old child. It's close to the station so it's convenient to go anywhere. The children were very excited to see trains and airplanes from their room.The bathtub and washing area are separate, so I was able to relax every day during my stay. It was also nice that the bathroom lock was placed high up.It was helpful that there were plenty of amenities for both adults and children. I was also grateful to be provided with diapers and wipes.The breakfast was delicious, and I was happy that there were plenty of vegetables every day.The people at the front desk and the people at the breakfast venue were kind and made it a very enjoyable trip. I would love to go back to Osaka to stay here again.

I used it when I was on a business trip.The cheapest option is Osaka, where many hotels have rooms so small that you can't even open your suitcase. I was lucky to find this place.It was close to Shin-Osaka Station, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff are also polite and have a nice atmosphere.I will use it again.

I'm very satisfied. I thought it was just a business hotel, so I stayed there with low expectations, but I was very satisfied!It seems like it has recently opened with a new interior design, so it's very clean and has all the amenities.Personally, I was happy with the variety of coffee! !There are various types of blended coffee packs, and you can choose your favorite strength.This time I stayed on the women-only floor in the annex Fiore (I think it was called that...). I checked in at the main building and the annex building is next door, so I thought it would be a bit of a hassle, but the staff kindly guided me to my room, which I was grateful for.The women-only floor has a common space and kitchen space with desks and chairs that can be used freely. Also, since there is a system where you take off your shoes in front of the door that enters the floor, it was comfortable to go barefoot on the dedicated floor and inside the room.I didn't know it was such a nice hotel, so I regret checking in late after playing around in Osaka. It was a hotel that made you want to relax and spend some luxurious time.

I stayed there at 3 different occasions recently. All in the female-only floor, where you take off your shoes at the entrance of the floor, everything is new, everything smelt new.I was carrying a very big, heavy bag. The staff was kind enough to carry it for my for all 3 times, even though the female-only room is in a different building from the one where the lobby is.For a single female traveller, I felt really safe and comfortable. I have travelled a lot but never seen such hotel rooms.Rooms were with Japanese-style paper slide, hiding ugly windows, all furniture is minimalistic, made with simple wood.It is not a luxury hotel, but comfy, quiet, and the most importantly unique style hotel.Breakfast was served for each guest, not buffet. Coffee, juice, soup were provided all-you-can-eat.For me, the way between the station and the hotel was bloody tough in the blazing summer heat in Osaka. I with it were closer to the station. Though with this price and service, maybe it is the best balance.

A little bit from the east exit. It is advantageous because it is close to the elevator side.The front desk is on the main building side. You need to go to the main building to check in and check out. First, go straight to the main building.You can hear the noise from the hallway, but you can't hear the noise from the next room.The area around the bed is a little spacious.There are few shops around. You also have to walk quite a bit to the convenience store.There are some shops if you go to the station.Breakfast is small in variety. Don't get your hopes up.The price is about the same, so it is suitable for people who want to use Shin-Osaka Station.

Thank you for your help twice last year! ️The hotel was clean and the staff were all nice people!! ️I used the family room and it was amazing ✨ Not only do they have items that kids will enjoy, but they also make sure that they don't get hurt! ️I was surprised by the material of the bath floor!! ️If you have small children, you'll appreciate this 😃 Also, it's close to Shin-Osaka Station, so you can see a lot of trains! ️I come here so often that my kids don't sleep (lol) It's a hotel that both adults and children can enjoy, and I definitely want to go back to again 🥰

The lobby is in the main building, meals are in Building 2, and lodging is in Building 3, which was a little inconvenient on rainy days even though it was close. However, they had an unusual maternity plan, and they had decaffeinated coffee that was kind to pregnant women, so that was a good thing. It's also good that it's easy to get to since it's near the station.
