I used it for lodging.The TV screen was broken and had black lines that made it hard to see.Room information was not shared among the staff, and I had to call the front desk twice every time something happened.Room service food finally arrived after waiting for nearly an hour.When I entered the room, I told them my desired morning time, but the front desk unilaterally asked me to change the time later in the evening.The good thing was that the hair dryer was a bit nice.

When I changed my payment from cash to card, I was surprised to see that the price suddenly increased by over 1,000 yen. I didn't say anything in particular, but I think I should explain. I don't use it anymore.

Careful !I've never had such treatment in any hotel I've stayed at here in Japan!There is no parking!I hated the stay and the staff!We don't even have privacy to choose the room, because the employees are on top of us!Horrible beer and not the requested brand, to receive the order it is necessary to go to the door in person to receive drinks and food so this becomes inconvenient!The room is not worth the price charged!And they still lie about the time, asking to leave even before the time ends!I found all of this regrettable and embarrassing!Hot tub doesn't work!The time to leave was unpleasant, they almost took our strength away from the place!They say they have something free for breakfast, but when I asked for it they said that the time had already expired, but it was still 7:15 AM!I ordered a pizza and it didn't make it to the room!

Basically, I think it's the same as other hotels, but the facilities differ depending on the room, so I thought it would be best to try out various rooms before making your choice. I think security is perfect.I think you don't have to be so nervous because all you have to do is make a phone call when settling your accounts. The price is around 6490 for 5 hours, so you should think about ~h+1000.

Staff response: 5/Rooms: 3/Meals: 5/Services: 2I was told that check-out is only on Saturdays at 11:00, but the reservation screen on the website says IN 18:00-24:00 and OUT 12:00, so I misunderstood and had to pay an extension fee.The TV ordering system is difficult to use. There are things you can find on the paper menu that you can't find on TV. There are some products that have systematic errors. It's hard to know which items are free and which items are OK. The room is basically clean, but the bathroom is disappointing. The bathroom TV had vertical lines and was broken, and the jacuzzi and lights didn't work. The bedrock bath in the reserved space was beautiful and nice. It's a shame because the staff's response was good.

I've always stayed in the front room and was satisfied, but this time I stayed in the modern room and was disappointed.The member's card holder at the entrance was crushed, so I gave the card number to the front desk and they said OK.However, the screen for ordering room service shows the visitor price. I checked again and was told that the member price would be applied at the time of payment.When I checked the price at checkout, the food portion was the visitor price.The massage chair in the room this time was also covered in dust, which made me feel very disappointed and at a loss.If you are going in the future, please be careful about the price.
