The most amazing stay!!! Excellent location within walking distance from a train station and on the other hand in a particularly quiet street. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, felt modern. Comfortable elevator. A very pleasant, clean, relaxingly decorated room. Nice shower, good soaps. Washing machine and dryer, it turned out an excellent laundry. Good and helpful staff. You made Osaka good and pleasant for us. Thanks for everything!!!

The hotel was just great! I found no fault. It was very clean, a comfortable bed, an excellent shower, the hotel is very close to the Namba train and yet is in a quiet area. There are restaurants nearby and a large supermarket. Recommend!

Really happy we decided to stay here during our time in Osaka. Conveniently located less than 10 minutes walk to Namba station, the room js very spacious for three people, with lots of space to move around. The amenities and finishes are also very modern, new and super clean. Thoughtful features can be found throughout the hotel too for your convenience. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated how clean and modern the hotel is. There are 2 washer and dryers near the lobby and the staff were helpful when I accidentally put small coins in, instead of a single 100. It was raining in the evening and they provided umbrellas, which was really nice for us to still explore the city. Disclaimer, I asked for a late checkout that was supposed to cost 1000yen, but they asked me to write a google review instead. I was happy to write it though because we really did enjoy our time here!

The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Namba station, very easy to be found. The staff's warmth and professionalism create a welcoming atmosphere. This nice and quiet hotel is a perfect choice for those seeking a relaxing stay with a touch of Japanese hospitality.

We stayed here during the 1st week of September. The hotel is located close to a subway station and walking distance to Namba. The rooms are modern, clean and reasonably sized. The hotel also has a laundry facility in the basement that was very useful.

Nice hotel. Inside is beautiful and clean, all the basic amenities are provided. Most of the front desk understands English and some can speak in English. Room is a bit cramped and small. The toilet is awesome and clean. Area is a bit far from the main city. Near to metro station. Got cafe at ground level

For me, this was the best hotel in Osaka. Nice location near Namba Station, good communication with them on the booking app before we arrived, polite staff. In the vicinity we found good restaurants too.The room is a normal size for Japan, you may find it small, but it has all you need. The AC system kept the room cool, the bed was comfortable. I really liked the technology in the room: magnetic card, doorbell, electronic "dnd" sign, the curtains open and close from the push of a button and they even have ambiental music you can play.They offer you water in your room along with shampoo, body wash, conditioner and soap, and you can take from downstairs some toiletries like xotton swabs, razors or toothbrushes.

The best hotel we've stayed at this price point. It booked last minute, and due to the fact I had to cancel an airbnb and the check-in process was easy. The staff were great, spoke English and were helpful.Rooms are the best we stayed at for this price point. Enough rooms for our luggage's, a functional AC, and a decent bathroom and cleaner than the others we stayed at. Washing machines are on the first floor for roughly 300/200 yen for wash and dry. 10-15 minutes away from Dotonburi, Namba station, Shin sekai and den den town.
