New and clean. The room I stayed in was small and the faucet in the sink was a bit rattled, but the bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The welcome drink bar only has soft drinks. Breakfast is not particularly noteworthy as there are few items. At breakfast at a Korean hotel, everyone other than me was a tourist from Korea. It's located in a quiet corner, close to Kitahama Station, but there are many restaurants just a short walk away, making it a convenient location.I made a reservation from a booking site and it cost about 5,200 yen including breakfast, which was extremely cheap for a hotel of this type. I think the cost performance is good.

For a business trip to Kitahama. The location and price are just right because it is close to the famous Kitahama restaurant, convenience store at a reasonable price.

At 3 a.m. today, there was an emergency announcement that there was a fire. The hotel staff did not guide the guests and left it up to them.If it was really housework, what would you do?Also, after I realized it was a mistake, the people from overseas looked really anxious because the announcements were all in Japanese, so I made them feel at ease when I circled them with a gesture. However, shouldn't the hotel usually be the one to tell you? What would you do if there really was a fire?

Above all, the room was dirty! When you run the air purifier, there is a lot of dust on the floor and walls! ! !If you roll up the skirt of your bed, there will be a lot of dust there too! ! ! Moreover, there were even peanuts on it, so I was sure that I only cleaned the visible parts. The woman at the reception desk was scary because she almost didn't blink when she explained the inside of the building.I was told that there was a drink service area at the back of the lobby, but when I went to my room, there were no pamphlets or books containing such information, and there was no information on the TV, so it was rather unfriendly. There was an alarm or something installed on the ceiling in the center of the room, right above the bed, and Midori's lamp was on all the time. I'm sure there are many people who can't sleep because of the bright light. It was a cheap or bad hotel. However, as it is in a cheap hotel, the sound of the elevator did not echo inside the room, so that was a big plus! !

Overall beautiful. The rooms are new and have a nice clean feel. However, the minus point is that there is only one bath towel. The breakfast wasn't particularly delicious, but it was clean and the yogurt was available in small portions.

We got a dirty room. There is dust in the corners, strange objects under the bed, a few strange hairs in the bathroom. Plus, there is no place to put suitcases. Let's say small rooms are the rule for Japan rather than the exception, but dirt in the room is too much. Breakfast is modest. The entire assortment fits in one photo in the hotel elevator. These are mainly heated semi-finished products. Only the omelette and rice are prepared on site in a rice cooker. There is only one person working in the kitchen, who cooks and washes dishes. I felt a little sorry for this woman. Get her a partner. Otherwise, everything seemed quite normal for the money.
