This is the main sauna that I use the most. It's nice that there is no surcharge for short stays even late at night, and that there is a parking lot service even though it is in the middle of Umeda. To be honest, the sauna itself is average, but the room-temperature water bath in the open-air area is the best.

Since it was renovated, I've been staying in Osaka more often for work, so I've started using it!As for the facility, I would like to give it 4 stars because the old-fashioned sauna can be used even during the night and the accommodation floor has been renovated, but I am disappointed that the service has not kept up with the intangible aspects. All of the staff members are kind and active, and some of them are nice to me, so I'm able to spend a comfortable time here. The sauna and bath are old so I hope they will be renovated like the building entrance and capsule area.Outdoor bathing is becoming popular, so I hope it will be possible to take an open-air bath or a semi-open-air bath.I've stayed here many times, and the capsules are only separated by a single screen, so some Koreans snore and sleep with the lights on, and alarms go off everywhere from around 5am every morning. I can't sleep well because it starts ringing.I used it once with my boss, but he said he couldn't do it again.Still, I like saunas, so I continue to use them when I stay overnight. You can't control the air conditioning in the capsule, so it's hard to sleep some days.Areas other than the capsules are cold and uncomfortable in winter, but you can rent robes and blankets. There seems to be a limited number of blankets, so if you go late, they'll run out.The food menu in the lounge has the feel of an old diner, which is why I like it and use it occasionally. If you go out and walk for 10 minutes, you'll be at Umeda Station, so it's a big city with hotels and department stores, so you can eat delicious and new things. You cannot use the restaurant on the 9th floor in local clothes, so you will have to change clothes, but it is a Chinese restaurant with a luxurious interior. The taste is often too spicy, or the ones that aren't spicy are bland or sour, and I've used them several times with my friends, and everyone from their 20s to their 70s said it wasn't delicious, and I too. It didn't suit my taste.Maybe it's too authentic and doesn't suit Japanese people.Akasuri isn't much different than other facilities, but I thought it was better.I liked that the product applied to the body didn't smell bad, and the woman who performed the treatment had a simple but attentive customer service. There are many Korean and Chinese people on the accommodation floor, so it is unsanitary and noisy. Even in the capsule area, just like in your own room, people put their suitcases in and make a mess, and they make a lot of noise and voices, so I wish they would post signs to warn people to be more careful.Suitcases are not kept in a designated area, and they are brought into areas where shoes are not allowed, so it is unsanitary, and because they are placed in lockers or capsules, they are noisy, obstructing passageways, and sometimes being bumped into from behind. It's narrow and dangerous.I see many people making complaints, but I often feel that the people who make complaints have worse manners. There are people who leave their phones with alarms going off and disappear from the capsule for a long time and don't come back, people who smoke in the laundry room, and people who take up space in the sauna and chairs to cool off during their ro-ryu.Since there are many places where cameras cannot be placed, I wish the staff would always be careful while cleaning and maintaining the place.I have worked in a hotel for 10 years, and there are many times when I feel like I could have prevented something from happening. There is a women's sauna that you can use even at night, which is unique in the city of Osaka, and I mostly use it when I stay alone in Osaka for work, but I don't really want to go there unless it's necessary. I don't think so.The location is nice, but I think it would be nice if they could take measures to counter the poor manners of Chinese and Korean people and make the bathrooms cleaner.
