Good value room, fantastic location in Osaka given it was right next to Dotonbori. Check in and out was all virtual without issues. I didn't ever need any extra support nor did I see anyone at the front desk.

Good and central hotel. My room was clean and quite spacious, there was enough space to have two big luggages in the room while also having the possibility of moving around. Self check-in very pratical and easy for me.

Even if the breaker trips, there is no response, and customer service is the worst.In the end, it wasn't restored until just before check-out, and I returned home without being able to use the hair dryer.I don't recommend it because it's not reliable.

1. The room is small. The floor is made of tatami mats, but once the mattress is put up, there is no space. The space configuration is very poor. It can be almost used as a single room.2. The suitcase is basically packed and people can only rest on the bed.3. The air conditioner is buried in the wall cabinet. It has been on for 4 hours and the room is still not cool. I still can’t sleep without a quilt.4. There is no water dispenser. There is only one bottle of water for each person. If you don’t drink enough, you have to buy it yourself.5. You can’t enter the toilet or bathroom without stepping on the mattress.6. The wall cabinet is basically unable to be opened because it is blocked by the mattress.7. The refrigerator is also in the wall cabinet. It is very troublesome to open it because it will be blocked by luggage.8. There is no clothes hanger in the bathroomIn addition to being very close to Dotonbori’s business district and subway stationNo other advantagesThere are no comments. It's probably because the hotel has been replaced by another person.Although it is newly opened, the hotel equipment is old.

The location is excellent. It is very close to Nihombashi Shinsaibashi Station. The rooms are also very clean. I will definitely book a room here next time I go to Osaka!

Great hotel, comfortable rooms, perfectly placed to explore many of Osaka’s sights and neighborhoods. Helpful staff, knowledgeable about the city. Walking distance to Dotonbori, Amerikamura, etc. Highly recommend!
