1. The location is amazing.It is a great location with a direct line to Universal in 20 minutes, Namba in 10 minutes, Osaka Station in 10 minutes, and Umeda in 10 minutes. Competition for izakayas in this area is fierce, so bottled and draft beer costs less than 300 yen. It seems like they are competing on price. There are a lot of people and there are many restaurants that are good value for money.2. It was a deluxe twin room, but the room had very little free space other than the bed, so I had a hard time finding a place to put my large suitcase. I think a small suitcase would be fine.3. It appears to be a renovated hotel. It felt like it had been converted from an Airbnb to a hotel.What's unusual is that there is a ventilation hole in the room that connects the outside and the inside, and this hole is large. So a lot of outside air comes in. There is a problem with internal temperature control that I don't understand in mid-summer or mid-winter, but I looked into it and found that all Japanese apartments are designed to circulate air inside and outside. The outside temperature was 36 degrees, and the inside temperature did not go down below 26 degrees no matter how hard I turned on the air conditioner, so I used a 90% plastic bag to clean it and it was a little better. Please note.4. The breakfast is really great. Breakfast costs 600-700 yen, but is free for hotel guests. Sandwiches (7 types to choose from) +- stew (some menus do not have them) + coffee or milk drinks were really plentiful and delicious. I felt very reassured every morning. In principle, it says that if you request takeout the day before, it will be provided, but they kindly even packed takeout and drinks on the same day. I think it's because it's a quiet weekday.Please keep this in mind when traveling.

The location is convenient. The room is large and tidy. The staffs are very kind and helpful. The price is reasonable.I am sure I will visit it again.

Stay here twice in 2024.The first one was in March 2024 and the second one is this summer (June 2024).I love the location, it’s very local and not touristic. Very closed to Osaka Station (1 stop) and hip neighborhood. Plenty local food choices and next to the longest shopping street in Osaka.The location is very convenient between JR Tenma and Metro line.The room is quite large if you compare with many hotels with similar budget.The staffs are very kind and helpful as well. One of them is helping me to report bagpack that my daughter left accidently in the Osaka Loop Line. And they kept me updated and thanks to their relentless effort, we found the bag. Will pick it up tomorrow.Would stay there for my next visit in October and would suggest Rota105 to all my friends who want to visit Osaka.

I decided to stay here on short notice as I had to return home, and it was a very convenient hotel.I stayed there on a weekday, but the building itself was quiet, the bed was spacious, and the room was well-cleaned.It's a busy area, so it's quite lively outside until night.However, there seem to be times when it is difficult to get hot water for the shower, and it doesn't seem like warm water will come out right away when you want to take a bath.It came out after I left it on for about 5 minutes.Even though I suddenly asked to extend my stay early in the morning, they were very kind and even suggested a cheaper way to make a reservation.The breakfast sandwiches were delicious and so was the soup. A drink is also included.Apparently you can eat in your room if you apply by the evening of the previous day, but the cafe at the front desk had a great atmosphere and we ate there.When you want to invite your friends to the hotel but can't, I thought it would be a good idea to have them come to a cafe and have tea.Since I paid in advance, I had to check out early in the morning due to some errands, but the machine was able to do it right away, so I didn't have any unpleasant experiences.(There are some hotels where the employees have a bad attitude when checking out early in the morning.)I would definitely like to use it again when I have business in Osaka.

My family of 4 (4 adults) stayed in a family twin room for 2 nights. It was a very beautiful room. The bathroom had a bathtub so I could take a soak and relax. The morning breakfast was also free and delicious. It was conveniently located close to JR Tenma and Osaka Metro Midosuji Lines. It was also a hotel that made me want to stay again.

I stayed here because it was reasonably priced and I wanted my sons to experience bunk beds. There are many shopping streets and izakaya (Japanese pubs) that are very convenient, and the surrounding area is lively and interesting. The equipment was new, clean, and easy to use. I was very grateful that there was no charge for using the laundry except for the detergent! The customer service was warm, friendly, and easy to talk to.
