I book Osaka leben hotel from 11st-14th Dec 2024. It was a free cancellation booking. But when I clicked for cancellation, I was charged fully the amount of 924 Sg dollar. I called agoda, they said that the agent has contacted leben hotel twice, but no solution/response was given. I still have two bookings with osaka leben hotel as I definitely going to stay there during my Dec 2024 holidays, please respond to my request, as it is frustrating to see that the cancellation fees were charged without refunded. Or at least move the fund to my another booking.

The hotel is quite close to the MRT station. The free drinks in the lobby are delicious, and the TV entertainment system is very complete (maybe because it is a new hotel. I will consider staying again next time if I have a chance!

This is a great hotel with large rooms and exceptional staff. We have encountered lost properties in the train and the staff were all extremely helpful for contacting the subway and arranging for us to get back our stuff.The rooms are large and the bathroom is great by any standards at this price point (double sink, large tub and separate shower)We will stay here again next time we come to Osaka.Highly recommended.

The waiter who received us that day communicated in Mandarin, and the explanation was quite clear, but his attitude was not very friendly, which made people feel uncomfortable. You have to know that you are entertaining guests on behalf of the hotel, and the feeling you bring to the guests is my first impression of the hotel.In addition, the room design is quite weird. After going to the toilet, you have to wash your hands in the shower room, but the two rooms are not isolated. I don't understand what the benefits are, it's just very inconvenient.There are also shortcomings in terms of service. After I went out in the morning, I returned to the hotel in the evening and found my daughter’s stuffed animal and eye mask lying on the floor. Moreover, I informed the waiter that the sheets needed to be changed in the morning, but when I returned to the room, I saw that the sheets were still not changed. Both incidents reflect the disappointing lack of professionalism in cleaning work by the staff.

This time I stayed at Osaka Shinsaibashi Raibon Hotel for two nights. The lobby is very comfortable and free tea and coffee are provided. I heard that the tea bags have very good reviews. You can drink them when you go in and out of the hotel. They taste very good and are also good. It's ice cold, very suitable for summer. There are also supplies nearby that you can pick up yourself. There are products for eye application, bath powder, and face wash. They are all good brands. The room is large and comfortable, the bathroom is very slippery, and the bathtub is also big. Elderly people with children can feel at ease. The bed and pillows are all good for a good sleep. The most important thing is that I think the sound insulation is very good. If the children are noisy in the room, I can't hear it in the corridor. Breakfast is for one person. It has vegetable and fruit juices which are very healthy and the bread is very good. Eat, the salad is also good, the cheese attached is delicious, and the jam and cream go well together. However, it is served cold for two days in a row. People who like hot food will not be used to it, but it doesn’t matter. There is FamilyMart and 7 downstairs. - 11. It is very convenient to buy things. You can replenish your supplies before returning to the hotel. The hotel is in a very good location. It is very close to Dotonbori on foot. If the children are tired or buy too many things in the middle, it is also very convenient to come back to the hotel to rest. I think This hotel is really comfortable and I will stay there again if I have the chance

The front desk staff is kind and the housekeeping service is attentive. Although the room is a little small, the quality is still in place. There are also lotions, lotions, and facial masks on the first floor, which saved my face from being extremely dry on the first day. Highly recommended. stay in this hotel

This was hands down the best hotel I stayed at during my 3 week Japan trip.ROOM: We opted for the Leben Twin Room (had 2 double beds and a HUGE couch). It was incredible clean and spacious. The PJs are amazing quality, the beds were sooo comfy. They had charging cords available in the rooms & slippers.LOBBY/AMENITIES: The lobby smelt like a spa, had fruit infused water + tea available at all times. There was also an amenity counter in the lobby with bath salts, exfoliating towels, etc. There are laundry machines available on a few floors and you can even see when they are in use or free using the TV in the rooms.LOCATION: This was great too (only a 15 min walk to Dontobori area). Even though it’s close to busy streets, it’s in a quiet area that feels slightly more residential. About 15 min local subway ride to Osaka station.OVERALL: This was the best place to come back to after a long day of walking and exploring. The staff was so so friendly and always greeted us when we arrived and when we were leaving for the day. I would come back to Osaka just to stay here again. We even tried to extend but they were sold out. A must visit and worth every penny!

The leben Osaka hotel offers a convenient location in Osaka, however, my experience with their front desk staff was inconsistent. While some were friendly and accommodating, others seemed disinterested. During my visit, I arrived early and was surprised to be charged over ¥1000 for an hour of early check-in. This policy felt excessive compared to other hotels in the area. Considering these factors, I would recommend exploring other accommodation options nearby.Raven Osaka Hotel is conveniently located in Osaka, but the reception staff were inconsistent. Some of the staff were kind and responsive, but others seemed uninterested. When I visited, I was surprised to find that when I arrived early, I was charged over 1,000 yen for an hour's early check-in. This pricing seemed excessive compared to other hotels in the area. Considering these points, we recommend other accommodations nearby.

I like it very much. The supplies are all available (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hand soap are very useful). The room is very clean and bright. The quadruple room is large and the sound insulation is very good. The bed is also very good. It is a high-quality hotel. , one minute's walk from the tram station and about ten minutes' walk from Shinsaibashi. The nearby environment is quiet and not chaotic. The Shinsaibashi area is too chaotic. I will want to stay here next time I come to Osaka!
