Do you work night shifts like everyone says? The response from the male staff is the worst! ! ! ! ! ! !The other female staff members were very friendly and gave detailed explanations, but this person was recommended to use a coin parking lot even though there was a free parking lot. When I went to the free parking lot, it was pretty empty.Also, there is a turntable in the hotel's parking lot, and he always turns the turntable when we return, but the male staff member was unfriendly and simply told us to park in the coin parking lot, and did not provide any guidance. There wasn't.

I've been using it a lot lately. The male staff who is there in the middle of the night is terrible at answering phone calls. There are rooms available at Happy Hotel. When I called to confirm, I was told that the room was full. I was nearby so I went to see if it was actually open. 4 rooms were vacant. Even though it's empty. I was told a lie over the phone that there was no vacancy. The male staff is not very friendly. Even when we sometimes passed each other at the front desk, we didn't say a word. It's really unpleasant. I don't really understand why you lied to me.The hotel itself is beautiful. The price is also cheapI have a late-night break, so I use it every time.I was lied to over the phone twice saying that the room was full.I'm not sure if I'll use it next time. Please train your staff properly.

The other day, I used the elevator during the day, and when I left the room and waited for the elevator, a slender male staff member wearing glasses came out of the elevator with what looked like a basket of cleaning supplies and gave it to me and my girlfriend. The response was divine. He held down the elevator door with his hand so that it wouldn't close until we got into the elevator, and just as the door was about to close, he said thank you. It was a casual thing, but honestly, that's all it takes these days. I was surprised that there weren't many people who would help me, and I was also kind of happy.Thank you to the slender male staff member wearing glasses at that time.When I use the service from now on, I plan to use it again around noon if possible.

I've been using it for almost 3 years, but has the person in charge of the night shift changed recently?Anyway, he has a really bad attitude.If you have an overbearing attitude or behavior, I think you should do whatever you like, but could you at least serve customers in a normal manner?I loved the hotel, but to be honest, I don't think I'd like to use it much anymore.It's probably an unnecessary burden, but if you hate customer service that much, you should change your job.

It's only one stop away from Meieki and it's also close to the station.You can enter the room using the touch panel, and you can also use a credit card for in-room payment.Both the bathroom and toilet are new and clean.The price starts from 5,000 yen for 3 hours on a holiday, but the room is spacious and the location is good, so it's highly rated.
