I used it after playing at USJ with my family. The location is very good and if you are using the train, it is a 1 minute walk from the ticket gate. Universal CityWalk is also nearby. You can also enjoy it during dinner 😍If you use a car, the parking lot is doubled for park use and hotel use...It would be nice if guests could stop the service from the morning of their stay, even if there was a charge. The breakfast buffet was good and had a lot of variety. However, since many foreigners use it, please be careful of manners. When using common spaces or public bathsI may be biased, thinking, ``Oh, they're from other countries,'' but there were a lot of people who didn't have good manners...It's not the hotel's fault, so I can't help it...It's not a resort hotel, so I don't know if I'll use it next time. Also, on Rakuten Travel, the luxury accommodation has a high rating of 4 stars, but I think it is overrated.

It's close to Universal and attached to the subway station. An advantage is the large public bath that is open 24 hours a day. The rooms are neatly maintained, and the beds and pillows are satisfactory.

I used it when going to USJ.Since we went by car, we used the hotel's underground parking lot after the park closed. It's a pain that there are separate fees for the park and the hotel.I think the location is great. USJ is quite convenient if you use the train. There is also a large public bath where you can heal the fatigue of your journey. There is also a convenience store right next door which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet was also delicious.I felt comfortable wearing the room wear.

It is the best location to use Universal Studios. My family went on an open run in the morning, went on 5 rides, went out for a while, had lunch, took a nap at the hotel, and then went back in.

It's clean and the location is right when you come out of Universal City.It is located at the entrance to Universal City. It's next to Universal City with the JR entrance in between, so you can't use the convenience store inside Universal City because the station closes in the early morning. I don't even know if I do it...Still, the sauna floor (14th floor) is a bit expensive, but there are good vending machines and a lounge area. The amenities are on the first floor, so you can just take them.It was convenient to do laundry because there is a separate coin laundry room.I asked for more water and they gave it to me right away.I tried staying at another hotel later and found out that this place had a really spacious room...The staff are also very friendly.I heard there was a Korean there, but he wasn't there when I went, but a Japanese staff member guided me without any inconvenience.Anyway, I had a good stay without any inconvenience.

I stayed here because it was close to USJ.Although it was before check-in time, I was able to check in. I was grateful. That's just it; it's called a 4-star hotel.I had high expectations, but although I stayed for 3 nights, I asked for the sheets to be changed, but they weren't.The carpet in the hallway is full of dust. When I got off the elevator, there was trash scattered in front of the open door.I went to the spa every day, but the bathroom was littered with fallen hair and there were no cotton swabs.I hadn't changed the sheetsI thought it might be the case, so I looked at the toothpaste cup in front of the bathroom. It was dirty and I didn't feel like using it.I had high expectations based on the reviews, but I was disappointed.Business hotels such as APA and Toyoko are better.I think they have a great eye for detail.
