It's near Tsukamoto Station, 2 stations from Shin-Osaka, and the rooms are surprisingly clean. The bathtub had been used for many years and I didn't feel like filling it up.There was drip coffee in the room, free drinks near the front desk, and plenty of amenities.It was nice to have shaving cream.There were restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which was nice and convenient, but as mentioned in the reviews, I heard screams several times during the night, and cars in poor condition were parked, so it didn't feel safe.

October 2, 2024The person who was in charge of cleaning the 8th floor that day. He was very unfriendly. He didn't seem to want to make eye contact, so I greeted him, but he looked blank and said something in a voice that I couldn't hear.I always think that when dealing with someone who is not accommodating, your salary is paid by the customer, so it's best to at least greet them properly.The front staff and other cleaning staff were very helpful.The rooms are clean and spacious enough. This hotel is located one station from Osaka Station, and is surrounded by convenience stores, drug stores, supermarkets, and everything in between.Recommended ◎

The weather was not good that day, so the hotel and surrounding area felt quiet.Overall equipment is a little oldHowever, it is convenient because it is near Tsukamoto Station and Osaka is also nearby.I had a relaxing time

Great location, 5 minutes walk from/to the train station. Amazing staff members. Breakfast - must try! Very pleased with our stay! Clean facility. Highly recommend especially if you travel as a family. The staff is very friendly, helpful.

The room smelled awful. Non smoking room but I'm certain other customers around still smoked in the room regardless. We left the room and booked another hotel.

2024.08good points・3 minutes walk from the station (1 stop from JR Osaka Station, but only regular stops)・There is a convenience store nearby, LW and FM.・There are restaurants nearby, from chain stores to independent stores, so you won't have any problems.-Coffee and water available in the lobby・There is a coin parking lot on the other side of the track that costs 770 yen for 24 hours (there is plenty of parking in front of the station, but be careful as there are many places where parking is not available).Bad points・The public safety is probably not good.・Elevator is extremely slow (I have never experienced an elevator this slow)・The room is not well-cleaned and there is a lot of dust.・The shower is too weak and it takes a long time to wash.comprehensive・It's old, but it feels like it's worth the price. I'd like to use it if it's a little cheaper, but I'm an inbound tourist and there aren't many hotels available in Osaka.
