I don't usually write hotel reviews, but I'm writing this even though it's been a few months since I stayed here in case someone else is worried. Think of this as staying in a mansion rather than a hotel. There is no separate cleaning, so you can bring your own towels from the first floor and leave used towels behind. Garbage is also disposed of directly on the first floor. I think the biggest advantage is that you don't have to prepare a lot of clothes because there is a microwave, washing machine (please prepare your own detergent and wash the dust filter before use), and a large refrigerator in the accommodation. It's also great for storing ice cream, etc. There was no special view, but there was a balcony so it was nice to go outside and get some fresh air.The downside is that it wasn't cleaned properly, so hair was visible and the area next to the washing machine was dirty. However, I wore my own slippers and cleaned it myself thinking I was living in a mansion, so I don't think it was a big problem. Actually the biggest problem is the bed. The pillow smells like saliva and is an uncomfortable spring that you would find in a guesthouse with cheap beds. I stayed alone and slept on a blanket from the bed next to me, so it was better. If the hotel reads this review, I hope they make improvements to the smell of spit on the pillow.I recommend it if you want to feel like you're staying in a mansion without any interference, but I don't recommend it if you're sensitive about bedding or other hygiene issues. It looks like it's not far from Honmachi Station, but Hommachi Station is very complicated, so if you take the wrong exit, you may have to walk for a while, so I mainly used the buses on both sides. There is a bus that goes straight to Namba from the main road on the left, and a bus that goes to Umeda Station on the main road on the right. It doesn't come often, so check the bus schedule carefully.

Must be fake reviews giving this hotel a nice rating...Only good thing about the hotel is that location is quite central.The room smells, as well as the AC smells like it havent been cleaned for a very long time.The room is quite old and not well maintained.Room was very dirty, thick layer of dust, had to take allergy medicin against the dust mites, normally i have no issues with dust...On the door of the fridge there was mold.on the kitchen counter pieces of instant ramen..Overall a terrible experience, and wouldnt recommend anyone staying here......

Recommended for long-term stays.I used this hotel for a week's stay.There was a washing machine and cooking facilities, and the room was spacious.The bathroom is also equipped with a clothes dryer, so I only needed to bring as much clothing as possible.The staff are also courteous.The location is good, you can go to Shinsaibashi in about 15 to 20 minutes on foot.-What I was curious about-The floor is rough and dirty.→I mopped the floor. Solved.The bed smells a bit→I laid out a towel.

The truth is we didn't have faith in it when renting, but it surprised us! The apartment is great, new, spacious and beautiful. The area is 4 blocks from where the center begins or 5 minutes from a subway. The truth is that 10 points, separate bathroom and bathtub are very comfortable.

We booked 2 rooms. 1 twin n 1 double. My children stayed in twin on level 7. Everything working fine. We stayed in level 2 std room. The room heater n bathroom heater not as warm as the kids room. But have microwave n washing machine. Good as we get bento meals n also wash some clothes.5 min from hommachi metro. 20 min walk to dotonboki but u can take metro to namba. It is 2 stations from nambs n 2 station from umeda osaka via midosuji line. Very convenient

Honmachi Station is the closest station, but if you take the wrong exit, it will be quite far away. The closest one is from exit 23.It's like renting out a room in an apartment as a hotel, and you can enter and exit the room with a key.The room has a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, and stove.It's best to bring your own clothes as you can rent them for a fee. Toothbrushes, razors, and combs are available at the front desk.Towels had to be changed by yourself.The air conditioner had not been cleaned and when I turned it on, there was a strange smell.There were some dusty areas in the room, so if you are concerned about hygiene or want perfection, we do not recommend staying here.The bathroom has a bathroom dryer, so the laundry dries quickly, which was a blessing as we were staying for several nights.The price was cheap and there was no problem staying overnight, so I would like to use it again for a long stay.

It's like an old Japanese home. The bedding is very old, smells bad, and is messy. But I recommend it if you really want to just sleep there and the price is cheap. It's 2 stops from Namba and there are 2 convenience stores right in front.
