I stayed overnight the day before heading to Himaka Island and ordered the blowfish course.I was expecting the building to be old and the soundproofing to be pretty good, but there was a child in the same room who was running around making strange noises and was very active from the evening until bedtime, making a lot of footsteps and vibrations, and the parents were always drunk. They were yelling loudly (they seemed to be drinking it for breakfast too), and it was quite painful, probably because it was a warm autumn day and the windows were open. The baths are only available once per group, so it feels like there are a lot of restrictions. I guess it can't be helped since the kids from the hostel came in right after we finished. The men's restroom on the second floor is Japanese style only. It also smelled like cigarettes, probably because of my roommate.Women's rooms were on both the 1st and 2nd floors. Men's rooms also had Western-style rooms on the 1st floor.I wrote all the negative things first, but the dinner was delicious. (Breakfast is pretty average lol)The puffer fish was thickly sliced, Tessa, and the hot pot fillets were large and filling, and even the fried chicken was delicious. The final rice porridge is cooked once the pot is lifted and the innkeeper finishes it for you, and it is exquisite. The boiled octopus was also delicious. When asked if I would go again, I wondered if it would be better to go all the way to Himakashima. Maybe it was just a coincidence, but I'm not sure.

I came here to get some fugu. I used to come here every year to make fresh sea bass and spiny lobster in the summer, but I heard that the Chita Peninsula is a producing area for fugu and they also ship to Shimonoseki, so I've been coming here every February for the past five years. Now it looks like this. After eating the Fugu from here, I can no longer eat commercially available Fugu. I think it's on a whole other level in terms of freshness, size, and price. Tessa's thickness and texture are incredible. You may not be able to tell from the photo, but you can't see through the plate, and you'll never forget the texture when you eat it. The hearty volume and deliciousness, and the rice porridge at the end (you can make it at the inn) are all the best. After receiving the Fugu here, I no longer feel foolish about buying Fugu at the supermarket. The prices are reasonable, and the hostess is very attentive.I've been here many times in the summer and winter, and I think it's great. There is nothing wrong with the quality of the food and the price, and I highly recommend it. It was a very satisfying night again this year. ☺️Ho

I went to Kaneman Annex for the first time in a long time. The proprietress was no longer there, but the young proprietress served the customers with great care. The customer service was very good and heartfelt. The food was fresh and served a lot of food. The octopus shrimp, Thai flounder, and shellfish that I don't usually eat were really delicious. I definitely want to go again soon. Thank you.
