Last midnight（10/10）, the fire alarm rang and residents were asked to evacuate. Everyone was waiting on the first floor, but there was no staff to explain the situation, causing everyone to wait for at least half an hour. This is actually a very bad way to handle a crisis. Fortunately, everything went fine in the end. However, if there is a disaster, it is very dangerous without a good evacuation mechanism. I hope this can serve as a warning and the hotel can pay more attention in the future.

Wonderful hotel! Very conveniently located within walking distance of Namba station. The rooms are clean and well stocked with amenities, and I definitely appreciated the foot massager lol. Staff are friendly as well :) Would definitely stay here again!

Good budget hotel, at great location. Two buildings. Rooms are small but ok. The toiletries provided are amazing. They only clean every 3 days…if you want cleaning you have to pay extra. Staff at front desk in main building are nice but little English so just be aware.

I have a very pleasant stay here. Hotel is located in a good location, just opposite Namba station). My Queen-bed room is spacious enough for open big luggage. Also foot massage machine in room. A welcome drinks, not just a single drink but come as happy hours. A separate bath and toilet room. And on top of that, all staffs at reception or at restaurant outlet are friendly and welcome with smile.There are only one downside for me is internet speed is not stable, some period i get a little bit slow, but most of time the speed are running well.

There is only one room type per floor that you can book in advance when you check in. It is not convenient to take care of the elderly when traveling together. After checking in, the employee only tells you that the room is in an isolation block and you have to find it by yourself. There is no smile the whole time. The location is convenient to the airport, and the Nankai Electric Railway is across the road.

The best part of this hotel is the location which is right next to Namba station and a short walk to Dotonbori.The services were quite lacking. Upon arrival, we were told that our booking was for “eco-friendly package” therefore housekeeping would only be every 3 days, and that includes taking out the garbage in a tiny trash can. When we booked online, no where was this eco-plan mentioned, and “room service every 3 days” was sneaked as a fine print in the confirmation email at the very end. Seems very deceiving considering as a customer, you look for this when you book, not in the confirmation. Would have stayed at another hotel or AirBnB had we known there would be minimal cleaning. Won’t be back to this hotel for this reason.

It is very close to the Nankai Electric Railway. The hotel is very lively and friendly to foreign tourists. The only drawback is that you can vaguely hear the sound of vehicles outside the window. But overall it's great and I will stay here again next time

Chose this hotel because of its great location next to the Nambi station and walkable distance to the famous must-visit Dotobori and Shinsaibashi street for first-time Osaka travellers.Upon arrival, their service standard blew me away. The staff team is polite and helpful. Room is clean and they provided everything you need for a good night stay. Besides the usual shampoo, conditioner and shower cream, they even have facial foam wash, liquid cleanser, toner and lotion in the bathroom! Sleepwear is provided here. I could have saved some luggage space by not bringing these if I had known earlier. After a day of exploring the city, recover your tired feet with an electric food massager in the room! Told you they provided everything; even items that you wouldn't think of!Breakfast food is also amazingly good with a wide selection of Japanese items. Loved how they introduce and explain their Japanese ingredients on little cards placed at each food station. I was able to appreciate the food I ate. In the evening, don't miss the happy hour Chasuke treat from 19:00 -22:00 provided to all staying guests free of charge.Highly recommended and nothing to complain about!

This is a wonderful hotel with separate toilet and bath.I usually stay elsewhere, but decided to come here next time.The only disappointing thing is the cleaning of the bathroom.Hot water accumulated in the bathtub and accidentally overflowed, and at that time, a large amount of grime came out from the drain and covered the floor.I think this was the reason why the bathroom had a slightly unpleasant smell.It's a waste, so please improve it.

Located close to Namba JR, and Metro, this well priced hotel is well worth considering for your next trip to Osaka.The rooms are decent sized with a good shower and full sized bath!Free WiFi is good speed and smart TVs allow you to cast apps like Netflix from your phone. You just need to be connected to the in room WiFi, not the hotel wide WiFi.Shinsaibashi is a 15min walk away and Dotonbori ten minutes.Extra garbage disposal such as a suitcase is ¥2000. If you find that you have over shopped and need to cut weight.Bars and restaurants are close by and although there is no on-site gym, Torque gym which is 5 minutes away has day passes for ¥2500.

As soon as you come out of Nankai Namba Station, there is a hotel across the street. The location is fantastic, and I am very satisfied with the clean facilities and friendly Korean staff. ^^

There was a problem with the order I made through the hotel reservation website, but since I couldn't cancel or rebook, I sent an email to the hotel to ask for assistance. The hotel responded quickly and sincerely to help solve the problem. After arriving at the scene, the counter service staff were very kind and friendly to children, and they also provided toiletries for children.
