I stayed here for work, but the building is old and there is no convenience store nearby. (15-20 minutes walk) There is nothing around.I suddenly requested dinner and breakfast, which they happily accommodated.I had kept the room clean, but it seemed like there were centipedes, but I guess it can't be helped since there are forests and rivers around (lol)The bathroom is on the 6th floor. There is a microwave on the 6th floor, a coin laundry on the 4th floor, and separate smoking and non-smoking rooms.I suddenly ordered a meal, but it was luxurious with meat, fish, and a variety of other things. For breakfast, you can eat your fill at the buffet. The meat in the venison curry soup was soft and delicious, but the soup was spicy💧

It's cheap, but... dust on the walls (high places) and mold on the futon? I was concerned about the smell and the voices and noises from the next room. When I spent the night with my children and lifted the comforter in the morning...I encountered a giant reddish centipede over 10cm long. When I looked into it, it was probably a poisonous centipede, so neither my children nor I were bitten, which was a blessing in disguise. I think it will be too shocking and traumatic. It looks like I won't be able to travel or stay in a hotel for a while. I was told by the staff at the hotel that they would apologize at a later date, but...I don't want to stay there again. I don't want people who don't like insects to feel the same way, so I think it's safer to stop using them.

I used it for the first time in a while. When going by car, it was difficult to understand the information board for the parking lot near the front desk.

It's convenient and close to Shin-Tomei. Although it was old, it was clean. The morning game curry was delicious, but it was only dry and not suitable for children. It's a shame that there aren't many seats where you can eat while looking at the river. I don't understand why there are so few river view seats even though it's such a great location.

I stayed for one night on a weekday. The reservation was for the ``Breakfast included plan - an exquisite breakfast buffet with local vegetables from Shinshiro City and game deer curry'' on the 4th floor of the new building.First, as for directions, if you follow the navigation from the direction of Shinshiro Station, you will go back and forth and will not be able to enter the branch line. You will enter one of the narrow alleys towards City Hall.Be careful as it is quite difficult to understand.I checked in around 6:30 in the evening. The parking lot was pretty empty, so I guess there weren't many guests. When I went to the front desk, there was an elderly male staff member who handed me a piece of paper and a pen to write my name on without any greetings. At this point, I regretted my failure. When I finished signing my name and handed over the paper, I was given the room key without saying a word, and when I asked about the accommodation fee, I was told, ``Tomorrow morning.''There was no guide to the elevators, so I looked for a lobby with a unique smell and got in. I found that the elevators had been refined and were new. When I entered my room on the 4th floor of the new building, the floor was full of stains and the curtains were closed, so when I opened them I found myself in an unmaintained back alley, and my slippers looked like they were dripping with soup, so I regretted it again. . .When I look at the unit bath, I see that the flush toilet has a new one, but a lot of water is leaking from the faucet. Please fix it.This is good because the refrigerator is quite large.I decided to gather myself and head to the public bath (6th floor). As I was taking off my clothes, I realized that I had forgotten to bring a towel with me, so I decided to go back to get it and found a pile of selected towels at the entrance. There was no one in the public bath, so I felt uncomfortable in the huge rock bath and washing area, so I left early.I went back to my room and was tired so I went to bed at 9pm.There was no information about the breakfast venue, but there was information about the dining venue on the 6th floor, so I decided to go there.Side dishes and drinks are arranged buffet-style, and you can share your room number with the staff. There aren't many side dishes, such as game (venison) curry, but they are sufficient.Loquat nuts are also available for dessert.Breakfast was satisfying. When I checked out, I was greeted by a female staff member instead of the male staff member who was there yesterday, and she responded normally. If you ask me if I would stay there again, I would be worried.

I stayed in the new twin building in mid-April.The location is perfect, with a panoramic view of the fresh green mountains and Toyokawa River from the room balcony and breakfast venue. The room and bathroom were very clean. The food was not only the famous deer curry, but also the Japanese course dinner, which was very delicious. The employees were kind and courteous, and it was a hotel that I would like to use again when I go to Shinshiro.

I stayed for 2 nights. Anyway, everything felt old. I was concerned about the smell in the room and toilet. I can't sleep well because of the noise of the compressor or some other machine. The worst thing was on my second night, I was bitten by a centipede and tried to contact the front desk via extension to ask for a room change, but they couldn't connect and I couldn't sleep until morning. In the morning, when I told them about what had happened that night, they apologized, but what would they do if the guest's condition suddenly deteriorated and the situation was life-threatening? It's irresponsible to not be able to connect even in the middle of the night. The public bath was a rock bath, but I think the windows were open so bugs could get in at any time. If you want constant ventilation, I think you should at least install a screen door. Since it is a tourist hotel and not a bungalow at a campsite, I think it is necessary to take minimum measures against pests. I have never been to such a bad hotel in my life. I don't want to use it again.

One night stay from May 3rd with dinner and breakfast included.First of all, it was difficult to find the way to the hotel even though I was driving there.I would like to see a large sign put up at the corner by City Hall. It's especially difficult to see at night. Also, my email contact at the time of reservation was not addressed at all. I want them to treat each day as if they were welcoming guests for the first time on the first day of opening.I don't want them to be used to serving customers. The hardware of this hotel is obviously old, but I think the staff provides a comfortable service with attentiveness.Although there was some non-response to email communications, the recovery and customer service from the employees were very good.
