Not only was it convenient as it was close to the station and there was a convenience store right next to it, but the receptionist was very polite and helpful.There are plenty of amenities, and the room is clean and I'm very satisfied.It was a hotel that I would like to stay at again the next time I visit Osaka.

There is a train from Osaka Station, and there are many restaurants called Minamimorimachi around the hotel. You can also get a quick massage, and the hotel was good value for money. There is also a bakery cafe on the first floor, so it's good for brunch, and it was nice to have a very friendly Korean staff. ^^~There were various kinds of instant lattes and necessary cleansing oils, oils, etc. next to the rent, so I took them with me while going back and forth~ hahaha I definitely plan to visit again😁😁😁 There is a supermarket across the street, and it is convenient as it is open 24 hours a day.

Stayed on the premier floor while sightseeing in Osaka. As a bonus, I was able to use the lounge, which gave me a sense of luxury.The room and bathroom were comfortable, there was a wide variety of amenities, and the staff was very responsive. Anyway, the breakfast was great. The luxury of having steak served in the morning! It was a memorable breakfast with lots of variety, well-balanced, and the attention to detail in each dish!

Thank you for your help.I decided to stay here after reading reviews beforehand.The room was not particularly large, but the bath and toilet were separate and clean, so I was able to spend a very comfortable time. Lounge service was also good. My husband and I didn't drink much alcohol, but there was plenty of food available, including apple juice, orange juice, carbonated water, carbonated drinks, and coffee, so we were able to enjoy it slowly. The atmosphere was nice and I was able to forget about my usual busy schedule.I was also satisfied with the breakfast, which exceeded my expectations.The wagyu steak in particular was of the quality you'd get at a steakhouse, and it was so delicious that even though I don't eat much in the morning, I ended up eating a lot. I thought this alone was worth coming to eat.There were many types of bread, and they were all delicious. There was a wide variety of Japanese food on the menu, so it was enough to have a dinner buffet. It was really delicious.The customer service was pleasant and my stay ended without any dissatisfaction.I would like to take care of you again.

This hotel is satisfactory in terms of location, service, and rooms!It was very easy to travel by subway and the hotel was in great condition! Above all, the supermarket across the street and the bakery and coffee on the first floor are the best!

It's right next to Minamimorimachi Exit 2, but there are no escalators or elevators, only stairs.There is an elevator at Exit 7 of Osaka Tenmangu Station.I booked a plan that included a lounge and was very satisfied with the lounge.The room was not very clean, there was hair on the bathroom wall and the TV remote control was dirty.Breakfast was also disappointing.The soundproofing of the room was better than that of a cheap business hotel, so I was able to relax until checkout at 11am.

The double bed room (two single beds) is very small, and the place to open the suitcase is on the bed. Close the luggage before placing it on the floor.But the location is very good. There is a supermarket across the street (like Quanlian) with everything you need.

The breakfast hall is very cold.I also used it for lunch.Generally, we recommend a temperature of 27 to 28 degrees Celsius, but the air conditioner's set temperature was 24 degrees Celsius.I would like to save electricity if possible.

The location and service were good.However, the breakfast was very delicious.The staff at the breakfast venueThere's no smile or energy, but it's delicious.My impression was that it was unfortunate.I would appreciate it if you could put down the dishes.I felt anxious that I had to eat and leave quickly.Very delicious breakfast. I will use it again.I would like to have it, so next time I go, I will have the service.I hope it can be improved.

**Completely Do Not Recommend This Hotel**Originally, I booked three nights from 9/23 to 9/26 online. However, because I missed my flight, I arrived in Osaka on the morning of the 24th. The hotel used their no-show policy to charge me the full three-night fee and still did not allow me to check in.I can understand being charged for the first night, but charging 100% of the total amount is unreasonable, especially since they had already given my room to another guest.This is utterly incomprehensible and unacceptable. When I inquired about the charges for the remaining two days (considering I did not stay and they resold the room), the hotel ignored my request.I will never book this hotel again.

Wonderful hotel--great location--across from a train station. Hotel was beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Hotel was also reasonably priced--really couldn't have asked for more.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights while we were in Osaka. The location of this hotel could not be any better. It sits over Minami-Morimachi station, and there's even an entrance to the station just around the corner! There's a 7-11 right next to that entrance, further across the street is a grocery store, and further from there is a section of Tenjinbashi-suji with a lot of restaurants! The room was nice with wonderful views of Osaka. The bakery downstairs and the breakfast buffet is amazing! We weren't able to purchase tickets the day before on both occasions, but we had no issues getting in and eating their delicious breakfast. It was about 2700 yen per person and included wagyu steak! It was truly one of the best breakfast buffets that we experienced during our trip. The staff were kind and allowed us to keep our luggage while the room wasn't ready and we went out to explore Osaka. We stayed in a room that allowed us to hang out in an afternoon lounge with free coffee, tea, alcohol and food. Overall, great experience and when we go back to Osaka again, we will book this hotel!

It's a wonderful hotel, and I feel like it would be rude to call it cost performance.The building seems to be old, but it has been renovated and is very well maintained.The Executive Lounge on the Premier Plan offers a great deal of free drinks and snacks, making it a great value for money (families should be careful as there are no plans that allow for triple rooms).The location is very convenient, just above the subway station and 2-3 minutes walk from Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street, but as others have written, the food and drinks, including the buffet, are excellent, so definitely avoid staying overnight without meals. I think you should.Since it is a built-up area, there is no adjacent parking lot. There is a coin parking nearby, but you can reserve a contracted parking lot a short walk away. I used it, but other than having to get a ticket at the front desk first, I didn't find it too inconvenient. (It's somewhat unreasonable as you have to get out of the car.) If you are driving, please use this as a reference.My kids also liked the fact that there were pineapple candy and dried plums in the sanitary area next to the front desk.You can use the subway not only to Umeda (Osaka Station) and Tennoji but also to Kyoto without changing trains, so it is recommended for people who are planning to go to Kyoto from Osaka the next day.The customer service is excellent and I am very satisfied, so I keep coming back.I think this is a highly recommended accommodation in Osaka.

This stylish hotel is located just outside Exit 2 of Minamimorimachi Station on the Osaka Sakaisuji Line. JR Osaka Tenmangu Station is also nearby. On the first floor there are bread and espresso shops. It was a popular bakery so it was crowded. The lobby is also stylish. I had been walking a lot in the morning and it was hot, so I asked the front desk to store my luggage, but they said the room was already ready and let me check in even though it was 12:30. I'm grateful. I was able to get rid of the tiredness in my legs in the cool room, and was able to go out into the streets of Osaka again in the afternoon. The amenity bar is also well stocked. I was told that the breakfast was delicious, but this time I stayed without meals. I went to the nearby Tenjinbashisuji shopping street to buy a variety of food and then came back, and there was a microwave and ice machine on the third floor, so I decided to use them. Next time I would like to stay with a breakfast included plan. The room was small, but clean and the bed was comfortable, so I had a good night's sleep. It was nice to have separate bathrooms and toilets.
