I had a wonderful one night stay here. Entering the hotel is like walking into another world. The zen inspired garden entrance is wonderfully calming and when the automatic doors open to reveal Inuyama Castle in the distance it is truly a thrill. The hotel and room was immaculate and staff were always professional and friendly. In particular, Risa Ando has been extremely helpful and courteous in helping me prepare a group booking for next month. I have sent her many emails and requested many changes. She has looked after me and been very understanding.I highly recommend the staff and the experience of staying at Hotel Indigo Inuyama.

In a nice and quiet location near the castle town. Paid extra to check in early but still gotta wait for room. Amenities for kid is provided and sofa bed was ready when we checked in. Tea house in garden was closed due to typhoon so didn’t manage to explore much around hotel grounds.

This hotel is amazing, very beautiful and clean, the room are so clean and pretty as well. The lunch was very good, good quality of products. The wrong side is the service because nobody speak english and even worst when they saw us as a stranger they ran away from us because of the language, and for that kind of hotel (5 stars) that is not normal.

What a special and beautiful place. Only an 8 minute flat walk from the train station, it’s very accessible. They have beautiful breakfast buffet spread option (4900¥ as of June 2024) of Japanese breakfast or American breakfast (you can choose how you want your eggs — my mom chose an omelette)The room and staff and onsen and amenities and landscaping were perfection. I highly recommend coming here.

My stay at Hotel Indigo Inuyama Urakuen Garden was truly exceptional. The hotel’s architecture was a stunning blend of modern design and traditional Japanese aesthetics, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. The room was well-appointed and the bed extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the amazing spa, which provided a perfect space to unwind and relax in Japanese Onsen style. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, especially with the picturesque Inuyama Castle in sight, adding to the overall charm of the location with easy access to enjoy the Inuyama area. The staff were outstanding. They were young, attentive, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication to providing excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable.Dining at Yamateras was a delightful experience that combined exquisite cuisine with an inviting atmosphere. The dinner menu offered a variety of dishes that highlighted both local flavors and international influences. Each dish was meticulously crafted, with attention to detail evident in both presentation and taste. Very impressive and showcasing the creativity and skill of the chefs. The semi-breakfast buffet was a wonderful way to start my day in Inuyama. The buffet offered a balanced mix of Western and traditional Japanese breakfast options by using local ingredients. But I only picked western ones in my stays though. The made-to-order omelet and eggs benedict were very delicious and the highlight was their croissant. Amazing. I couldn’t stop eating and of course good coffee😍
