I stayed here three nights. The location is fantastic. It is near a busy nightlife area in downtown, but the room was quiet. The breakfast buffet is fairly good although it could be better and some food is cold but the coffee and juice were good. I like the quiet music played during the buffet and it made me feel relaxed. The room was clean.

This is an excellent place to stay if you are in Nagoya. It’s located in a downtown area where there are heaps of shops and restaurants. In typical Japanese style, everything is worked out and precise. It’s very clean and the best part about it is the public hot bath on the top floor. As you can see from my photos, there is a quaint entrance area where they play good music and have a very nice relaxed Co-working vibe.Overall I can highly recommend this hotel. There’s been some thoughtful, touches with amenities and the placement of things in the room.

Good hotel, ideal for Nagoya night-lifeI booked the cheapest room; it was small but comfortable. Not much floor space and no window, so would be cosy for two but fine for me as a solo traveller. Each room has its on WiFi, which is great, though its blinking LEDs might disturb some. Recommend bringing sleeping mask. The best thing about this hotel is its location, right in Central Nagoya amongst various bars and restaurants. It's very close to Fushima train station, featuring 'Beatles Alley', as I like to call it. It's an 1950's underground shopping street full of character, with stalls, restaurants and bars on one side, Japanese street art and chibi characters on the other and Beatles songs in the background.

The hotel facilities (onsen, rooms, co-working-space, lobby) are clean and nice. Also the location is perfect. The issue with this hotel is the terrible service: I stayed at this hotel for one week and the wifi did not work in my room. The staff did not care, did not apologise and they never even tried to fix the issue. I was offered nothing in return, not even a price reduction. This hotel is advertised as a business hotel, so good wifi is a must. For the whole week I stayed there, I needed to work in the lobby/ co-working-space, even late at night.Furthermore, the staff does not speak English and they do not offer any customer service to their foreign guests: One time, they woke me up by calling the phone in my room because they thought I needed to check-out that day (even though I had booked one night more). When I went down to the lobby to resolve the issue, they did not even apologise for their mistake.

Closest station: Fushimi station/Sakae station.Perfect for a short stay in Nagoya. The place seemed new and the rooms were small and very clean. You can pick amenities like toothbrush, razor, moisturizer in front of the reception area. You can find a lot of restaurants and bars around this hotel. I liked the included breakfast as well.

Room is ok, very small. Shower is nice. The breakfast is bad. It’s a bag with 3 little breads inside, a coffee machine and a berry vinegar juice.
