When there was a problem with the police at this hotel, the front desk didn't get involved. They only care about the hotel's profits and treat their customers with respect. I will never forget the attitude of the man at the front desk who seemed to have no morals. This is the lowest level of support. I will never go there again.

Clearly! It's expensive! I thought I could get 1000 yen off by registering online, but then I was told to make an online reservation! Only regular customers know! The air conditioner doesn't work! It's the number one store that I don't want to go to again because of the heat.

It feels older than the photo.The front desk (person answering the extension line) is so unpleasant that I don't even want to give it a star.I don't understand why this hotel has such a good rating. I just think it looks relatively better.The amenities are minimal and I feel like it's not enough.There was only one towel and it was uncomfortable.The slippers in the room are disgusting as they are reused.I want them to put away disposable items.I was told to order drinks, but the tea, coffee, and other items normally placed in the room were covered in dust that I didn't know how old they were, and I didn't want to touch them.Even if I order it, it never comes out.First of all, the ordering system is difficult to use.Once you give it away, there is no end to it.I will never go there again, not even for free.
