The room is not conducive, dark, uncomfortable. The bathroom water is small and doesn't even work, it's dirty, the sink doesn't work, the door to the room is transparent, no toiletries are provided except for the towels you ask for and then give them, the TV doesn't turn on for reasons of repair.The employees are quite rude.

Absolutely disgusting place.Rude and angry staff.Room wasn't ready and it wasn't until we were at the door that we were told there's no hot water and the tv doesn't work.The shower was broken, faeces on the toilet seat, the door and bathroom in general were filthy, no toilet tissue, no soap.The air-conditioner blew out air that stank of cigarettes and was coated in nicotine residue.The walls were also heavy with nicotine residue and this was despite being a non-smoking room.Ripped wallpaper and someone had spray painted yellow in one area.Vent cover missing and all others coated in nicotine residue.Stained sheets.We stayed one night and left, losing money.The staff laughed at our complaint, shrugged shoulders and just didn't care.Awful, filthy and a terrible experience.

The service wasn't good, when we stayed the bill ran out of receipts and there were only two left... basically it's enough to just stay here once. Where the pillow smells, the toilet also smells.

It's really scary, just entering the lobby the smell is already bad, then when you enter the room it gets worse, the smell is like sweat + cigarettes, the room is dirty like it's never been swept, the bathroom is even worse, there's so much crust that you really avoid going into the bathroom. The background of the room is scary and there are lots of mirrors so when you look in the mirror there are lots of shadows like a glass house plus the room has a "terrifying" atmosphere so it feels even more scary. Want to rest instead become survival. Then there were mice in the ceiling, there were also cockroaches in the bathroom. Just this once, never again hehe

My reservation is for Suite Double Room, but the receptionist said that this room isn't available. The room available is only Standard Double. Can u imagine, i paid more just to get standard room at the hotel? Shamless... They only give me extra bed for the their mistake! What is wrong with your service!!! BAD
