The room was a little small, but the location is good as it's about a 1 minute walk from Shigahondori subway station and there's a supermarket nearby.The woman at the reception was also very impressed.

I booked this similarly to a regular hotel room, as the room was marketed as such, so my review is based on the experience on that. For the price, the rooms are large and well equipped, so the value is great in that sense. Also the staff was friendly. However, this is a love hotel and thereby how they operate may seem a bit strange for a regular traveller. The room doors are locked and opened by some kind of half-automated system that is operated from the reception and does not seem to always work as intended. It is also not very clear how it should work for guests using this hotel similarly to a regular hotel. Although the room was nice, the air condition in the room was very loud but ineffective, and the air quality did not seem to be very good. Also, the rooms are practically windowless. Given the good price-to-quality ratio, I would recommend the hotel as a single night experience for couples but not really for longer stays, as the hotel is not clearly designed for that.

The room was reasonably clean, the food was delicious, and the member benefits were generous, so I decided to join, but the female employee was a cynic.When I ordered food this time, I was told that it would take 2 hours because I'm working alone and there are a lot of orders.There was a man there earlier, right?What is a large order that takes 2 hours in the middle of the night?Are you saying this because I'll be leaving in two hours?Even though I'm busy, I only answer the phone in one call.Seems like a very problematic employee.I wanted to eat, so I left the room immediately.Everyone please take care.

Please be carefulMysterious Bon fees even though it's not even August lolMoreover, even when I looked at the website, there was nothing written about it, and there was no information in the guest rooms.Is there something wrong?Despite that, the shower is bad, the bath is bad, and the drainage is the worst lolThe customer service attitude of the female clerk is also the worst.Other people have written about it, but the previous male clerk was better.There are no rival hotels around, so it's okay to be bullish.
