Apparently this is a place that Japanese people rent on the weekend to party and make loud noise. This is such a shame since the apartment is really nice. We are staying here for two weeks, and the weekdays are good, but the weekends are not worth it. We paid a lot to stay here, in a more quiet part of Nagoya, but tonight there is another group of people who are having a very loud party with singing (clearly drunk), screaming, jumping and moving chairs. Late at night. It is too much. They rent the place just to party and only stay the weekend. It was the same last weekend.I want to give this apartment five stars, but I can only give 2 because of the horrible noise levels from the neighbors. Even my earplugs and headphones with music is not good enough for this noise level.It is not acceptable that people are not informed about a time to stop making noise, like after 10 o'clock at night for example.

The six of us stayed for 5 nights and stayed in Room 302. It has a high CP value and is suitable for the whole family to stay together. There is an elevator and the room is fully equipped with a washing machine and a simple kitchen. It is very convenient for a long stay. There is a park convenience store nearby, and it is a 5-10 minute walk from Osu Kannon Subway Station. Although there is no front desk staff to handle check-in, the room password and check-in procedure given in the message are clearly written, so there is no need to worry about no one assisting with check-in. The only small drawback is that the bed is soft and the bedroom lights are dim. Everything else is great.

I used room 402Overall, this is a satisfactory accommodation.It's not near a busy area, so it's not noisy. I brought a child with me, and I'm very satisfied because there are two large beds and the bedding is well maintained.It also has a washing machine and kitchen, making it ideal for traveling with children.The bathroom is very spacious compared to a hotel and has a bathtub, which is nice.The view is also nice and open.However, it is very difficult because there is no elevator.There was a freight elevator, but it was out of order and not in operation.On rainy days, umbrellas were provided so we could use them.

I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The room equipment was very good, but the sound insulation was very poor. At midnight on the first night, there were more than 10 people coming downstairs. After half an hour, everyone was holding a bottle of wine and making noises in the corridor and walking upstairs. It was very noisy. Late...it was still noisy at three o'clock in the middle of the night. I contacted the administrator and asked me to call the police. More than 10 people held a party until they checked out at 10 o'clock in the morning. I couldn't sleep all night. I am traveling abroad and I have to call the police? What a bummer... Besides, I don't speak the language well, so as a manager I can't supervise and manage. Is it too irresponsible to leave the entire responsibility to the tenants to handle on their own?On the last day, I met the tenants upstairs who started making noise at 6 a.m. There were a few children jumping around, but compared to the tenants on the first night, I thought it was more bearable, but I still couldn't sleep well. There were many rules in the B&B, but other tenants couldn't abide by them. Are tenants like us who obey are fools? All in all, the whole living experience was not good... I would like to add that I stayed in room 401.
