It's perfect if you want to get it done cheaply on a weekly or monthly basis!There's also a coin laundry on the first floor, so you don't have to leave your key with you when you go in and out, so it's convenient.It is recommended as it is close to Takatake Station and Shin-Sakaemachi Station, and you can walk to Sakae Station.

I stayed here for about 10 days due to work.The water coming out of the tap is brownIt was cloudyIt was the worst, there were about 3 cockroaches in the room.The people in the lobby were also unfriendly and very unpleasant.The walls next door were thin and I could hear everyone talking on the phone.

Most of the rooms are rented to Southeast Asian residents from the condominium. Twice a week I only get rust colored water. I can't take a bath. If you don't put a sticker on your bicycle, you can throw it away without permission. I put up a notice and that's it.
