At check-in, only the room number and breakfast coupon were explained. I was confused for a moment because there was no explanation that a card key was required to use the elevator.I stayed for 3 consecutive nights, but it was unpleasant to hear motorcycles making loud noises in the neighborhood every night.

Scammed! There is no large public bath at all, which is seriously misleading!

It was quiet at night and it was a really nice place to sleepHowever, it was disappointing that the Yotsubashi Line was a bit far from Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi.- If you are going to Nishi Umeda, it is very good.Breakfast is delicious

Available around October 2023.I decided to travel suddenly, so I booked a hotel last minute. Many hotels cost around 18,000 yen per night, but this one was cheap and new, so I ignored the poor reviews and booked it.The lobby was new and looked clean. I didn't feel particularly inconvenienced by the front staff's response. The problem is the bathroom in the guest room. There was a rough dirt like grime all over the bathtub (which I had to get in to take a shower), so I had no choice but to clean it with a disposable body towel and body soap before getting in. That was a mess that had never been cleaned. The room seemed to have been cleaned to some extent, but the trash can was not covered with a plastic bag or anything, and the bottom was sticky when I entered the room. I checked every corner of the futon and it seemed to be fine.Luckily the room didn't have any noise. The location of the hotel itself is not that bad, so we recommend using it only when you can at least stay overnight even if the room is a little dirty, or when you can't find another accommodation at the last minute.

It's a 3-minute walk from the station, a bus stop right in front, a 1-minute walk to a drugstore, and the location is great. It's convenient because there's a subway line on another line that's just 1 stop away from Osaka Station. First of all, I'm sleeping alone, so it's a small room, but it's cozy. The cleaning condition was a bit poor. Breakfast was okay for 1-2 nights, but it got a bit boring on the 3rd-4th day... I recommend Karae ^^Anyway, it was my first trip to Osaka, but it was easy to get to. From Osaka Station, take the Yotsubashi Line (Nishiumeda Station -> Higobashi Station) or take bus number 88 from Osaka Station and get off at Higobashi Station. The hotel is right there.

I made a reservation through trip.com.I stayed for one night because I was away for a live performance, but it was a perfect hotel if I was just staying there. It's close to the nearest station, and you won't have any trouble finding food and drinks, such as Seven, Family Mart, and Seattle's Coffee on the first floor of the hotel.I was able to walk to Osaka Station in about 20 minutes. It was helpful to have power and USB ports at the desk and bedside. There was also a water bottle service, which I was grateful for.

Avoid travel with TripADeal. We purchased a 15-day long trip from Grand Japan Tour. What a disappointment. Be careful when booking with TripADeal. To start with hotels were not up to standard despite TripADeal assurance that they will provide “quality hotel accommodation”. The rooms were very small, often with entrance to a double bed available only from site of the bed (see photos from Welina Hotel East in Osaka) and with extremely small space for luggage. This was very inconvenient, especially for elderly travelers. I had to pay extra money to change rooms for larger. In addition, the bus provided for our travel was old and had mechanical problems requiring urgent servicing. No Wi-Fi available on the bus and no toilet. Finally, in a country where usually no tips are paid, the TripADeal required that each traveler pays $10 per day tip to a tour guide – that is add on fee of $150 to the trip fee of $3,999.

Recommended. It seems to be above average for a reasonable price. East West is right next door, so don't be mistaken... Lawson is right below. The room is just a business hotel, but it's clean.

It's located in a convenient location. There was a problem with the card key, but they took care of it politely.

The price is cheap. There are stations, 7-11, and duty-free pharmacies nearby.Even people who don’t speak Japanese can check in easily.
