The room was clean, the food ordered was also delicious, there was no leftovers...Breakfast is also okay, there is fried rice, fried noodles and small cakes.Satisfied, the hotel is really not satisfactory, and we will be taken to the airport, 😎, whatever time we flyGood job Grand Buana, I hope it gets busier

The staff are excellent, always smiling and friendly. The facilities are comprehensive. They offer a complimentary free airport shuttle service. However, the cleanliness of the room needs improvement. When I checked in, the bathroom had some women's hair and dust, as if it hadn't been cleaned properly. The parts in the toilet are also dirty/mossy. The lockless bathroom door made me very upset. I booked a 2 single beds room, not a honeymoon/couple room amd stay with my friend. The equipment in the room should be checked more frequently. The air conditioning remote had dead batteries, and the TV remote was difficult to control. Basic hotel matters like cleanliness and maintenance need to be prioritized, especially since the rooms here are more expensive compared to other hotels in the city.

It's a decent hotel, but please pay attention to the cleanliness of the outside of the hotel, and also the facilities such as the swimming pool if it can be activated, parking arrangements. For standard food that is suitable for visitors' tastes, only the door keeper stands by at the door. It's a loss for a good hotel like this, if you don't use a door keeper

The location is very close to the airport, only for breakfast in front of the hotel you have to walk if it rains, the road is slippery. The breakfast menu is less varied but delicious. For a spacious room (deluxe room) but the food in the cafe is not worth it, the service takes a long time, the spaghetti carbonara is not creamy enough, the chicken wings use flour chicken🥲
