A quiet inn facing the eel pond, a vacation rental type inn suitable for a relaxing rest. There is a covered parking lot for each room on the ground level, and if you go down the narrow stairs, you will find each room at a height close to the surface of the eel pond. There are large rooms and small rooms, which can be thought of as twins and singles, respectively. The cost remains the same for 3 or more people, so we recommend keeping 2 rooms. The large room we stayed in had more than enough space for the LDK, bedroom, toilet, and bathroom, and was about the same size as a suite, and was still new and clean.Outside the window, you can see the surface of the eel pond, which is a crater lake, and the greenery of the mountains, which is the crater wall, in the background, and there are no artificial objects in sight. There is a large terrace facing the pond. What I would like to highlight is the bathroom. Hot spring water comes out of the faucet, creating a free-flowing bathtub. The windows open all the way like an accordion, and when opened, it becomes a semi-open-air bath. Oh, the hot water in the bathtub and the surface of the pond combine to form a small infinity bath! At night, if you turn off the bathroom lights, you can also look at the starry sky.Meals can be brought in or eaten out. There is a microwave and a water heater, but you cannot cook. At ``Sume'' in the nearby Unagi Onsen, you can cook with the steam from the hot spring, so it might be fun to use that in a creative way.Washing and drying machines can be used free of charge. Some people may only feel lonely and desolate because there is only nature around them, no one is around, and there are insects. For such people, we recommend the large bubble-era hotels in Ibusuki Onsen. For travelers who don't really like such facilities, it can be said that it is a ``secret hot spring inn at the end of the mainland'' that will surely touch your heart.Personally, I found it to be a very relaxing and nice stay. I couldn't use the terrace this time due to the intense heat, but if the weather is nice, I'd love to put out a chair here and look at the lake all day long.

Washing machines and dryers can be used free of charge. And it comes with detergent. The rooms are spacious, well-cleaned, and very clean. The view was spectacular with the surface of the lake right in front of us. However, the window glass in the living room was frosted glass, spoiling the spectacular view. The glasses were also paper cups. Since there is a microwave, it would have been a great stay if you had prepared some ceramic plates and glass cups. The cost performance is good.

I used it when I stayed in Ibusuki on the second day of Kyushu touring.Rooms: The rooms have been renovated and are of the highest quality among all rooms without meals. The rooms are spacious and have 3 tatami mats, so being able to lie down somewhere other than the bed is a big plus.Service: As someone who travels by motorcycle, I thought it was sufficient. You can just carry the toothbrushes and razors you use on a daily basis, and best of all, being able to park in a covered parking lot is really helpful. (This is a benefit of being a former love hotel)Washing and drying machines are free. Amazing 👍The bath is a hot spring. If you open the window and enter, it becomes an open-air bath. The location is right in front of the eel pond, so there is a sense of openness. I could see the starry sky at night.Location: There are no convenience stores nearby as it is a little off the prefectural road. There are no restaurants, so we recommend shopping before checking in.On the contrary, the surrounding area was quiet, so I personally didn't have any negative feelings.Thoughts: I recommend this place. It was a really helpful accommodation for riders like me who travel by motorcycle. It's true that you don't have the same hospitality as you would at a ryokan, but you do feel as safe as at home or at a friend's house. The manager is elderly, so I don't know if there will be a successor, but I hope this inn will continue for a long time.

Since I was alone, I chose the "small room plan". Looking at the images on the official website, I was a little worried because it seemed small and dim, but in reality it was more than enough space, bright and clean (maybe it depends on the room?) . It is a little far from the center of Unagi Onsen. There was an eel pond right in front of our room, and we spent a happy night enjoying the view while taking a bath and having a drink after taking a bath. There seemed to be a family staying next door, but it was very quiet (maybe it's just luck). Meals are not provided, so I bought them at a convenience store, but I thought it would be fun to buy some potatoes and eggs and steam them in the ``sume'' at Unagi Onsen. There are no check-out procedures, just return the key to the designated location at the front desk and leave. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay experience.

This hotel was just great! At first, I had the impression that it was like a hostel, but each individual room had a Japanese-style bedroom.Especially from the stone bathtub, you can only see the eel pond and the feeling of freedom is amazing! The entrance is right after you go down the stairs from the garage, which is nice and private. The room was immaculately clean, really comfortable, and the service was excellent. It was a place I would definitely like to visit again!

Stayed here for sightseeing in Ibusuki. Recommended accommodation. The interior of the room is new and very clean. The cleanliness level is ranked very high among the hotels I have stayed at. Even though I'm a bit of a germophobe, I didn't have any problems. This is a wonderful inn where you can see the hard work and consideration of the innkeepers everywhere. There is a hot spring in the guest room, and you can use it as much as you like 24 hours a day. Just in time for sunrise, I took a leisurely soak in the hot water while watching the eel pond and the sunrise. I plan on repeating this when I go to Ibusuki. The landlady? He was a wonderful and smiling person!

I used it on a bicycle trip. It was a beautiful and relaxing place. I think it would be a good place to do creative or document production work that requires calm and concentration.

Although there are no services, this inn is great for anglers. The ceiling is a little high. Garage with roof. A bathtub with hot spring water. The room is large enough to organize tools. However, the stairs to get down to the rooms facing the lake are difficult. That's about it. It's a cheap and good environment.

It's quiet and the hot water is nice! It's easy to tell that the former love hotel has been renovated, but that's why it's cheap and has a sense of privacy. It's a luxury to buy some at the supermarket in Ibusuki city and soak in the hot springs.

I used it after reading the reviews...I was full of regrets (*_*)WiFi environment is the worstThe TV in my room was in a very unfortunate position and I couldn't watch it from the bed.Sound leakage from the next room...Good is located on the lake, so the view is amazing ♪The view of the lake from the bath is special!Unfortunately, there will be no next time.
