Facilities for people who like camping etc. who want a place under a roof or a shower. But it's hot. You cannot expect service at the level of a typical business hotel. That doesn't mean it's cheap either.

2024.8 Accommodation.First of all, the premise is that it is not a hotel or inn, but a training camp facility like a children's nature house. The building is old (I heard it was built about 40 years ago), but the inside was clean and comfortable.I don't think there will be any problems unless you are concerned about how old it is.There are two family baths, and time reservations are required (first come, first served). The bath is equipped with shampoo and conditioner, so there is no need to prepare anything unless you are particular about it.The toilet is shared, but it's indoors and well kept, so I don't think it will be a problem. The only thing that bothered me was that there was only one communal refrigerator, so I had bought ingredients, additional drinks, ice, etc. with the BBQ plan, but it was full due to the previous guests. Fortunately, we were able to start the BBQ earlier so it wasn't a problem, but...the plan was more than enough for a normal meal. (On the day of my stay, I happened to catch too many sardines, so I got them as a service. They were the biggest sardines I had ever eaten, and they were very delicious. Ushibuka was originally a place that prospered for sardine fishing. It seems)Best of all, the couple who run it were very friendly and pleasant. It was very interesting to hear stories about the area during the BBQ.The best thing was the starry sky. The sky was so full of stars that it looked like it was going to rain.Although I couldn't see them, there were quite a few shooting stars.I was on a family trip, and at first I was hesitant about choosing a hotel with good facilities, but it turned out to be the right choice. Also, the family's toy poodle was with us and was welcomed. Pet supplies are generally not available at the facility, so you will need to prepare a toilet etc. I think there will be no problem if you contact us for more details.Overall I was very satisfied. Thank you m(_ _)m

The entire building is in front of the sea, and you can see the sea from your room. The building is a little old, but it's kept clean and comfortable. You can also have a private bath in the bathtub. There are no restaurants or shops nearby, so you'll need to book a meal plan in advance or buy food in a town called Ushibuka.Bicycles, cars, motorbikes, etc. require your feet, but I feel like I've come to a deeper place. There is also a supermarket in Ushibuka, so you can find delicious sushi. I am very grateful to the owner and his wife for their detailed information. It's one of the places I would like to come back to.

We had a barbecue outside on the terrace while watching the sunset right in front of the sea.We stayed with 4 adults and 1 small child, and the owner was kind enough to provide us with a spacious room. The area is rich in nature, and my child enjoyed watching birds fly in from the mountains and bring them meat. The starry sky at night was also very beautiful. I saw a UFO for the first time since I was born👀 My husband and I were glued to the night sky for about 2 hours in the middle of the night (lol)You can also fish in the sea right in front of you, and next time I'd like to stay overnight in a tent.

Great place to stay. Very friendly host. Really nice location. For us English only speakers, if you can't get somebody speaking Japanese to ring up for you, send an email in English, the host is a whiz with the translate app he has on his phone, he'll figure it out and let you know if you can book. For the cycle tourists you'll need to bring your own food unless you book well in advance, there's nothing available locally that doesn't involve a good hard ride.
