We made an appointment on the hotel reservation website to pick up the boat at the pier, but in the end no pick-up car or person showed up, and we couldn't directly check with the local staff because of language problems. We were abandoned at the ferry terminal in heavy rain and wind. Finally, luckily, a vehicle from another GUESTHOUSE on the island passed by and asked us if we needed assistance. He called us to check on the situation but seemed to be of no avail. In the end, he had to send us directly to our accommodation.WIFI could not be connected when we arrived. We had to contact the owner before it could be used from the next day (but it was super slow).The springs on the bed felt very bad, and my back ached after just one day's sleep.The room price is very expensive for the (poor) service and facilities provided. The only saving grace is the convenient location.If I ever have the chance to visit again, I would definitely not want to stay here again.Finally, please don’t be confused with the comments about the CAFE downstairs...

It says that there is a shuttle service, but when I make a request, I get a reply that I can go there. As a result, I was able to request to be picked up, but I was dropped off at a different location than the hotel (I was mistaken) and ended up walking 10 minutes to get to the hotel.It said that I could use Wi-Fi, but I couldn't connect. When I contacted them, they replied, "It's broken, so they'll replace it in the evening." If you don't ask, there will be no such communication.I'll also attach a photo, but the freezer is full of things (food) left behind by people who stayed before us.I had heard that the owner was on the main island of Okinawa and that the management was outsourced to the island, but there was no management whatsoever, and I was in a terrible situation.I will never use it again or recommend it to anyone.The hostel I had previously used was already full and I couldn't get one, so I chose this one because there was no room left, but there was a reason why it was empty. This is the worst accommodation.

Some people rate the izakaya on the first floor and the accommodation on the second floor the same.completely different thingTandy-House is an accommodation on the second floor.Although it says there is a kitchen.No microwave,No pot, chopsticks, cups, or plates.The refrigerator is small and not turned on.Therefore, the kitchen cannot be used.It is incorrect to say that there is a kitchen.
