There are no shops aroundWater is sold in vending machines and at the front desk.Laundry detergent is sold at the front desk, but you may want to bring your own.There are no convenience stores around.The former Kenmun Market sells cookies and andagi made with rice flour, local pudding, vegetables, and more.Frozen meat and seafood are sold.I had breakfast and dinner, and the food was quite delicious, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was quiet and relaxing.

I used the cottage on a trip.There are no convenience stores near the inn, so if you need drinks or food, it's best to buy them on the way there. I procured it at Hito Mart)It seems like you could use the adjacent hot spring facility in the past, but you can't use it now. It's a little disappointing for people who want to soak in the public bath...The Amami Kaiun Sake Brewery factory is about a 6-7 minute walk from the inn, and you can take a tour of the factory! I'm so happy that I can tour the factory, sample the drinks, and then walk back to my accommodation! (I chose this inn because I wanted to do this)The cottage is spacious and open. Looks good for families with children or large groups. Although it is kept clean, it does feel quite old. The inside of the cottage has a unique smell, so it may not be suitable for people who are looking for something new and clean.I chose the meal that included dinner and breakfast, and it was delicious.Perhaps because there weren't many other guests, the place was almost reserved for dinner. There were several groups of customers at dinner the next morning.This price is very good value for this content! Overall, I'm pretty satisfied, as there's nothing special in the area... After tasting shochu at the factory (I can't drive or move), I ended up killing time lazing around at the hotel... I thought it was a bit of a waste.I thought that if the final time of the factory tour had been later, I could have done other sightseeing before going. Or, it would be great if we could sample and compare drinks at the hotel!

It seems to be run by Amami Oshima Kaiun Sake Brewery, which is famous for its lentils.I have been visiting here almost every year for the past 10 years, and when I used it for the first time, I was surprised that it was far beyond my imagination.I would like to praise it highly.There are two types of lodging: cottages and a reinforced steel accommodation building (Kyomurankan), and I have stayed at both.The cottage is quite well equipped and has a washing machine, and in addition to the bed, you can put futons on it to accommodate an increase in the number of people. (But it won't be that cheap)Kyomurankan is a large room with solid walls, so you can have a good rest.Meals will be served at Uken Shokudo.I think it's cost-effective to stay overnight without meals and eat a set meal at the cafeteria (no reservations required), but the food here is actually quite good in quantity and quality even if you don't have a special dish (!).I recommend the meal included.If you stay for several nights, you'll get pork shabu, but this pork is also delicious.When I visited on my go-to travel, I enjoyed a bottle of Ukere Kenmun with a coupon. You can keep a bottle for consecutive nights.(Rento and Benisango are also available in glasses and pitchers)Although it is in an inconvenient location compared to Naze and Koniya, it is a very good place and a good inn to get a feel of Amami.Thank you as always.

A cottage type inn. Even if you have small children, you can stay with peace of mind. There is also a washing machine, which is convenient, but the dryer, which is located in an annex within walking distance, is not powerful enough. We recommend using a dryer that you can bring to your car.The food catered to my needs and I was very satisfied! Alcohol is especially cheap since Kaiun Sake Brewery is nearby. Be careful not to drink too muchThis is a highly satisfying stay. I want to stay here again when I go to Uken Village♪

Three of us stayed in the cottage for one night.The room was spacious, and even with two beds, futons, and suitcases for three people, there was still plenty of room.There is a washing machine, so you can wash your swimwear right away.A small folding drying rack is also provided.The bath with a bathtub and the large toilet were easy to use and I had a comfortable stay.There aren't many restaurants nearby, so if you don't plan on cooking your own meals, it might be a good idea to do some research in advance.Also, all the staff were kind.

It's quite far from Amami Airport, but if you rent a car, you can get there in about an hour and a half by drive.I stayed in a cottage.There were 3 adults, so one person was on a futon.The bath was large.When I went outside at night, I could see the Milky Way.The management seemed to be staying 24 hours a day, which made me feel at ease.I had a Japanese set meal for breakfast.It's like a normal breakfast.
