It's an old private house, so the noise from the floor and doors can be heard quite a bit.Please be considerate of other customers.However, the hospitality more than makes up for it.Almost all the facilities that would be nice to have are available.From smartphone chargers (various types of terminals) to snorkeling equipment rentals to insect repellent spray.And there's even a cat in the garden...(I guess this is a plus point because I love cats)

It's a lovely old folk house. It's soothing to have a cat outside. The beach is just a short walk away, so you can take your time and gaze at the starry sky at night. We have a lot of records, so you can work from home while listening to great music in an old folk house! The owner was very kind and told me about good places and pubs in Amami♪

Despite the year-end and New Year holidays and last-minute reservations, we were welcomed with smiles.They kindly explained various things to us at check-in and were very helpful with information about the neighborhood.I would recommend this inn to anyone looking for a guesthouse in the southern part of Amami Oshima.I think we have almost all the equipment you want!I would like to ask you again when you go to Amami Oshima!

Stayed here for 2 nights and this place is rather inaccessible unless you have a car. Parking is free and about 10 minutes drive to the Setouchi area- with many eateries and the port to take the ferry to other islands. …

At the end of March, travel restrictions began due to the effects of the coronavirus. One of my companions had a fever, so I asked him to cancel the day before to avoid inconveniencing the people on the island.You can cancel over the phone without any explanation, but then you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee!Booking.com tried to negotiate with me, but they did not respond and asked me to submit a medical certificate for fever just before the deadline for payment. Even if you develop a fever, it's time to rest at home for a while before going to the hospital...It was very disappointing to think that it was the attitude of these facilities to protect themselves that led to the outbreak of infection on Amami Oshima.I definitely don't want you to use it!
