I chose this place because it was close to the beautiful Tomori Beach and the restaurant at the inn was open as an izakaya at night.Being welcomed by the warm owner and his wife and spending time here was a big factor in what made my trip to Amami Oshima so wonderful.The food and the island's shochu were very delicious, and I was very impressed with the snorkeling experience at the beautiful emerald green beach that was just a short walk away. Don't expect too much from the rooms, but they have a great location and hospitality. I've traveled to many places, but this is the number one place I want to come back to. I will definitely repeat it again.

This is a regular lodging in Amami. The impossibly beautiful Tomori Coast is 3 minutes from the inn. The morning sun is so beautiful.This is the only beach in Japan that is as beautiful as this one.

The air conditioners in the rooms are old, and the afternoon sun makes the rooms feel like greenhouses. Should I block the light with a fence or something? So during the day, you have no choice but to go somewhere by car or float on a beach you can walk to until sunset. The food was delicious. Some people were having BBQ. There's nothing around, but there are three vending machines.

I went there for dinner because it was near my hotel.All the meals were delicious. Thank you very much for introducing me to fishing boats! Thank you very much. I had fun fishing 😄

I used the restaurant for lunch on Saturday.I had chicken rice, seaweed tempura, and mozuku tempura.A local took me there, and the chicken rice was better (and more to my taste) than the famous restaurant listed in the guidebook.Both of the tempura dishes were so large that I couldn't finish them all, so they were kind enough to take them home with me.It's a little hard to find, but I highly recommend it. By the way, reservations are required for chicken rice.

It was nice to take a morning walk by the sea.Although it was a barbecue in the cold, we enjoyed it. 😋The room was also perfectly comfortable.

We had a barbecue for dinner! ️All the staff are very kind.I also received some Habu sake.Unfortunately, the weather was extremely cold, but the charcoal grill was right in front of me, so it was warm! ️From the lodge, you can walk to the coast in about 10 minutes.Perfect for a walk after breakfast.
