I used it during a triathlon race! The warm communication from all the staff was wonderful. The front desk staff who took care of us certainly went above and beyond the call of duty and provided wonderful service with great consideration. Thanks to you, we had a wonderful stay in Tokunoshima. I'm really thankful to you!This trip was mostly about sports, so being able to do laundry was really helpful. You can use the laundry for free, and there is a charge for the dryer, but it was very convenient.At night, we could see the stars beautifully. The moon was beautiful as it was a full moon.I wasn't able to see the sunrise, but the location is perfect for seeing the sunrise over the sea. At the front desk, you can see photos of the sunrise seen from the hotel and photos of the beautiful scenery of the hotel. This hotel has a very nice atmosphere and will make you fall in love with Tokunoshima.From January to March is whale season, and you can see them in the sea near the hotel. I would like to visit there someday during the whale season.Also, the large, well-maintained lawn was very pleasant.The cafe used as a breakfast venue is also a stylish space. I had lunch at that cafe and had an avocado burger on a brown sugar bun, and it was delicious.There's a pool, and the whole hotel is stylish and has a great atmosphere, so it's my favorite hotel! ^_^There are so many things I want to write about.The warm welcome from all the staff left a lasting impression on me. Thanks to you, we had a trip full of fun memories. thank you very much!

I should have taken pictures buti never got around to it. The rooms were very nice, I know there is more than 1 type but the room I had contained 2 beds, then there was an upstairs loft with a futon mattress. Bathroom was very nice with toothbrush, soaps, everything you could want most than likely is in there. A small convection oven and a decent little mini fridge. The balcony was covered and had a great view. The smart TV did it's job entertaining. Each room has it's own dedicated WiFi as well.The staff was very nice and courteous. They have a little restaurant there open for breakfast which had one random item, then open again from lunch with about 8 things to choose from to eat and some different drinks also.They have a pool though it didn't look like it was open yet, not sure if it's seasonal but I also didn't ask. No complaints from the hotel at all.About a 10 minute drive south to the bigger town, forgot the name, which has anything that's basically offered anywhere else on the island.Great hotel, I would definitely stay there again. Thank you to the staff for being so nice.

Although it's not suitable as a place to stay on a business trip, I was impressed to find a place like this in Tokunoshima. It was a wonderful view of the ocean. I want to go there privately in the summer.

This hotel is located at Cape Whale and has a great view. The staff were very kind and they gave us a different breakfast menu every day during our 3 night stay.The rooms were spacious and even had a microwave, and the rooms on the first floor had balconies with direct access to the beach. It was a comfortable room. I was a bit concerned about the high humidity as it was along the coast, but even in February, I was using the air conditioner to dehumidify. I would like to stay there again.

It was my first time staying here.This time we stayed as part of a campaign.I think the location is about 30 minutes by car from Tokunoshima Airport. If there is a slow car, it may take 50 minutes.It's a very quiet place with nothing around.The stars look beautiful at night.The sunrise and sunset were very beautiful in the morning and evening.The room is quite spacious.The furniture is uniformly made by Muji and is comfortable. The TV is small so I can't watch it from bed.The Wi-Fi was quite strong and the speed was about the same as at home. (About 150-200mbps)For breakfast, we had hot sandwiches and soup at a cafe in a separate building.Both were quite tasty and the quantity was appropriate.Breakfast overlooking the ocean will make you feel luxurious and special.The staff are all friendly and kind.I would like to go there again.
