I would like the temperature of the cold water bath in the public bath to be lowered further. Lukewarm. .

Isn't it Hotel Azalea, the former national lodging house? here. That was a huge price. It looks pretty good, but I don't think it's worth the price. The chef isn't the Azalea chef either, right?

This was my 5th stay, and for the first time, the shabu-shabu came with meat 😅 Up until now, the ingredient in the hot pot had been fish...This was my first time staying in a room on the third floor. The footsteps from the floor above were very loud and the worst part was. I couldn't relax at all! ️

The room was clean and I was satisfied. Is the spring quality sulfur spring? So, the four pimples on my back deflated and went away. wonderful!I went to the public bath in the morning. Great view and beautiful. But it's hot. I know it's difficult to control the temperature, but it might be a good idea to let it cool down a little more by about 2 degrees. The water feels like it's about 42 degrees. It was a bit strange to see a facility like an arcade as soon as you entered. I want you to at least hide it.Nakai-san and his friends have big smiles and everyone seems kind. I guess they are local people, but there are probably a lot of people in this area who seem to be nice people.

Let's suddenly go to a place with a hot spring in the room in the morning! So I made a reservation on short notice....It's a rebranded hotel, and the rooms are very spacious and the bath in the room is made of ceramic, and the quality of the hot spring (pH) is high and it's smooth and creamy. The large public bath on the 5th floor was also built to overlook Sakurajima and Kinko Bay, and since the weather was nice, I was very satisfied with the hot spring bath while looking at Sakurajima illuminated by the beautiful sunset! Dinner was like a kaiseki meal, with lots of seafood and local food, and I was very satisfied.I lost count of how many times I took a bath in my room, and it's a hotel I want to come back to again!

The guest rooms have been renovated, and the modern Japanese rooms have hot spring water coming into the room, so you don't have to go to the public bath, which is great for families with small children! The view is right in front of Kinko Bay, and although you can't see Sakurajima due to the direction of the hotel, if the weather is nice you can see Mt. Kaimondake. However, the exterior was originally a hot spring inn that looked like a love hotel (once you step inside, it's a proper hotel).Regarding the food, the sashimi and shabu-shabu are delicious, but the other dishes are average. However, the price is about 30,000 yen.Hmm...If the food is good, I'll definitely return. Also, we eat food at restaurants, but it's hot. When I told them that I wanted the air conditioner to be stronger,``It's really hot because we use fire (the wax used to cook shabu-shabu and rice).''No, no, use the fire to cool the air conditioner because it's hot...By the way, there is an all-you-can-drink option, but it costs 2,800 yen per person.A beer costs 700 yen, so it's a waste if you don't drink at least 4 beers.Or am I the only one who thinks the all-you-can-drink pricing is strange?
