The rooms are clean even though they are not spacious, depending on the type of room booked. Old-fashioned type rooms that still use locks.The in-room facilities function well. But the facilities in the bathroom are not good, the towels are not clean, the color is a little faded, there is only shampoo and no soap (in contrast to other hotels?).Parking in the basement is limited, only enough for 6-7 cars, in front of the hotel only for 2 cars.The receptionist service is friendly, fast and provides solutions. But the staff in the breakfast room were not nice, their faces were dirty, not friendly.The location is very strategic, close to the Gadang clock, it doesn't take 5 minutes to walk until you arrive at the Gadang clock. Close to souvenir shops, snack places, that's cool.

3 nights here felt like at home..Clean.safe.comfortable.close to tourist and culinary attractions / souvenirs...the staff is friendly and kind.the breakfast is delicious and varied.hopefully the service and facilities will continue to be improved in this impressive tourist city .

I believe the toilet could be improved since there appears to be a yellowish stain on the toilet seat cover in my room. However, it's possible that it's just my room with the stain issue because the other rooms where my family is staying seem fine and good. The air conditioner and breakfast are good, and the hotel is conveniently located near the tourist attraction such as clock tower(Jam Gadang) , as our tour guide mentioned.

Sorry, I think the room is a 3 star. The AC emits ice cubes. I want to have it serviced when I report it, but I don't want to because I don't really need AC. The air is cold. Cleanliness is okay. Service is friendly too. Strategic location for everywhere.
