We stayed for two nights with two large dogs. We use many inn shops all over the country. Is it different from the previous description? He was a very calm and kind manager. As usual, I met you at check-in. You can see Sakurajima from the parking lot, and there is also a coin laundry and convenience store within a 5-minute drive. Please use us again when you go to Kagoshima.

The room is spacious and clean, but the front desk staff's response and manner of speaking are poor. It was a shame.

It's in a great location overlooking Sakurajima, and if you go down a little you can see Mt. Kaimondake in the distance.

There is a De'Longhi coffee maker and you can drink it at the reception. The rooms and beds are large and spacious, and some rooms are wheelchair accessible. Three people can sleep on one bed.

The room was new and clean, and the bed was spacious and very nice. The worst part is that there is no tea making facilities in the room.In the morning, the bread was small in variety and quantity. I just want coffee and at least some milk.

I stayed here last fall with my pet. When I checked in, I was told, ``There are people with children today, so please be careful not to let your dog bark.''I'm traveling with my dog more than usual, so I'm trying to be extra careful about good manners. The next day, after checking out and on my way to my next destination, I received a call on my cell phone from the owner of the Tarumi store. It was about an hour after I checked out.The caller said, ``The dog's hair is falling out a lot, so after contacting the headquarters, we may charge you a cleaning fee.''They asked things like, ``Did you take precautions such as dressing your child?'' and ``Did you shampoo and brush your hair beforehand?''The website also states, ``Do not leave pets in cages, etc.''Sometimes I just jump into bed. When I checked out, I also cleaned the room with the roller I had brought with me.However, I couldn't believe my ears that they would charge a cleaning fee because the hair loss was so severe. We also pay for pets in the accommodation fee. When I told them that the last time I used Hatagoya's Miyazaki branch, they never said anything like that to me, and they said, ``Our Miyazaki branch is different.''A friend of mine who has also stayed at other inns many times with his dog said, ``I've never heard anything like that before.''When I contacted the Hatagoya's headquarters via email, I was only able to get an answer based on the manual.I think it's up to each store owner to decide.I noticed this the other day after reading the reviews. The owner here doesn't like animals or children. In the end, I received an invoice for the cleaning fee about 10 days later.I thought it was pointless to say anything, so I transferred the cleaning fee of 3,860 yen.I'll never go there again.I do not recommend Hatagoya Tarumi branch to my friends who often travel with their dogs.It was a fun trip, but this incident ruined it.
