The only advantage is that it is very close to the station and the transportation is very convenient.I really recommend not to stay here, it is a waste of money and you have to endure allergies. If you want to see Sakurajima volcano, just take the ferry!

Love the cityscape! It's very close to the tram station and has good sound insulation, so you don't have to worry about the sound of the train!

Honestly pretty good, stayed 2 nights

This is the worse experience ever since the host canceled my reservation without notifying me 2 days before I can check in. Now I don't know where to live. Very awlful place.

Located right beside the railway, if you intend to sleep early you can forget about that. Sounds like the train is in your bedroom. The owners are greedy to charge a cleaning fee that is equal the cost of the stay (which you are not told until after confirmation with booking through Agoda) so expect to pay double what you think you will be paying. When I pointed this out with the owner they had the audacity to tell me if I didn't want to pay that much I shouldn't have booked through Agoda. Don't advertise your business on Agoda if you don't want people booking through them. Would give them 0 stars if I could. If you want kind hospitality book elsewhere

The room, bathroom, toilet, etc. were all clean. To be honest, it's close to the station, so the noise from the railroad crossing is a little bothersome. There are several coin P parking lots nearby. A convenience store is also nearby. I recommend it if you are staying overnight without meals.

I used it for a week.It's a short walk from JR and the streetcar, so there's no need to take a taxi even if you have big luggage.The washing machine also has detergent, so it's perfect for families.
