A famous restaurant in Kagoshima that has been selected as one of the few Japanese inns in Japan that is listed in the prestigious Relais Chateau in Europe. …

One night stay with family.I've stayed here for a total of 5 times, 2 day stays and 3rd stay, and in one word, it's heaven. It may sound like a cliché, but it truly is a paradise on earth. I can say that without the slightest exaggeration. As for the food, they adhere to the strict principle of local production for local consumption, or in other words, produce and consume locally, but a new resident Italian chef was appointed a few years ago and serves wonderful fusion cuisine. This is a dish that is full of the Tenku no Mori terroir and can only be found here.President Tajima's management philosophy, sense of perspective and sense of responsibility for Japan's tourism, and dreams can all be described as admirable. What's even more amazing is that despite its unique level of perfection, it continues to evolve and evolve. No matter what achievements he may have, President Tajima's ambitions will never be fulfilled. I hear that they are also developing a plan to take a private jet to Kagoshima Airport and then take a luxury helicopter to land directly in the Sky Forest.

It's close to Kagoshima Airport, so it's convenient to access. There are also two helipads.I stayed there for the purpose of inspecting the house because I wanted to have a house like this. You can bathe in the hot springs fed directly from the source at any time, and it makes sense that the dress code is "nude."However, the shell buttons on my hotel clothes were broken and the stretch wasn't working, which made me feel strangely stressed. The indoor wear was UNIQLO and was not worth the price, but we were blessed with good weather and the room was great.I thought the menu would focus on seafood and meat from nearby Kagoshima, and vegetables grown in the hotel's fields, but...I was disappointed with the foie gras and caviar that you can get in Tokyo or Osaka. The rice was surprisingly soggy, probably because I had added the wrong amount of water, and the salmon roe mixed in was lukewarm and made me feel sick.My husband and I said that the soba noodles we had for dinner were the most delicious. As a tourist, I'm disappointed because the chef is either from Tokyo or doesn't know enough about local cuisine. What's more, if you look at it in a good way, it's a hole-in-the-wall cellar that looks like a wine cellar, and it feels claustrophobic, so to think that you'd end up having to eat in a place that feels like a prison even though it's such a large site...was disappointing.I felt that if you were careful not to mix with other guests, you would be happier just poking at the hot pot in your room. That's how great the room is.
