A great hotel, we arrived on the evening of March 12th having taken a bus taking us 5 minutes from the hotel and access is super easy 😊, the room for 3 was perfect we slept very well there, there even had an extra table if needed, and we are close to everything with the different metro lines, the staff is lovely also I recommend going there if you want to visit Tokyo! 😁

Arrived on March 12 in the evening, the rental is extremely well located (limousine bus which drops us off 5 minutes from the rental from Haneda airport) rental number 203 is perfect for 3 people. A double bed + a small sofa bed. Small independent kitchen with rice cooker, microwave although there is also a common space for cooking! Located 30 seconds walk from a Seven Eleven, perfect for those who are hungry! Everyone present in the Airbnb is very courteous and does not hesitate to help. The E29 and KO 02 stations are 10 minutes away on foot, which makes visiting Tokyo really easy. Thank you for the welcome and see you soonTheo Quentin & Esteban

It is a small villa building in a Japanese residential area about 2km from Shinjuku. The interior design is good and I recommend it if you want to feel the local Japanese atmosphere.

Very strange accommodation, not really what i or most people would consider a hotel its more of a shared hostel type situation. The staff was really nice to us but yeah i think they should be more clear on their airbnb listing about what it is you’re getting. Most of the stated features are shared spaces with the rest of the tenants which is not explained in the listing. The rooms are very close together even if you whisper you can hear the other peoples conversations which makes staying here pretty awkward to be honest. Would be a good budget space to stay but the listing is way too expensive for what you’re actually getting.

Stayed for one night from August 10th to 11th as a family of three. The room felt more like a studio apartment than a hotel, so I was able to relax very much. The microwave in the room was out of order and I couldn't use it. (I was able to use a hair dryer connected to the same power strip.)I was a little worried because I didn't understand the check-out process, but an employee was there in the morning, so I felt at ease.
