The food is delicious, and the customer service is polite, smiling, and kind. The timing of providing cold drinks, taking down plates after meals, and after-drinks was very good. The room is small and you are seated close to other customers, so it is difficult to hear people talking. At first glance, the garden looks untamed, but it feels like a hideout, and I like it. One of my favorite restaurants to go to with my favorite friends and daughter.

The customer service was the worst.Even though I made a reservation for the course, it was not communicated to me at all (maybe they didn't check it?)What course would you like to take? I was asked, and I told her, but she didn't ask me about the type of pasta and left me alone. Finally, another staff member asked for the menu. When can I order? That's what it felt like.The most important thing is the taste, but it's not particularly delicious, it's just average.I'm sure there are many other delicious pasta restaurants.I think the location and atmosphere are good.I think it's better if you don't care about customer service or taste.

Very slippery floor surface in the kitchen, laundry, bathroom area. I slipped in this contained area and sprained my ankle badly. Consequently, I could not get out to see any of the sites that we travelled to visit. The steps up and down to the shower and toilet are dangerous. The kitchen is a poor fit out with crockery and cutlery in a cupboard near the floor, making it difficult to access. No drinking glasses provided. The outside garden courtyard is neglected, and the outdoor furniture is too dirty to use. Whilst we respect house rules, the tone is very harsh. The drying function of the washing machine is ineffective. Security access to the building is complicated and difficult. The carpeted stairs up to the apartment are steep. No luggage storage. Shoes off!!!! There is no welcome message, in contrast with every other place we have visited in this beautiful country that has been extremely friendly. In summary, this was a disappointing, and unexpected experience.

Used for lunch. My daughter and I were looking forward to visiting, but the fork we brought had egg-like stains on it and was left as it was, and the appetizers arrived late and the customers who came later arrived first. So when I called out to the capacity, I was asked, ``Are you in a hurry?'' ' was the incomprehensible reply...and it wasn't even tasty.The worst thing was when I was paying the bill, the owner came out and glared at me without saying a word.He handed me the receipt with one hand without even saying thank you.I could only feel angry and I still can't forget the look on his face. I felt terrible.I would like to hear how you feel about doing business.Anyway, it was the worst store in terms of staff, service, taste, everything. There's no way I can even give it one star.
