Spent a short night here. Room is small but clean. Of course it isn't sound proof like most affordable place in the world. There are many dogs around the alley so be careful.

Impossible to sleep in this place. No soundproof at all. I can hear people going to toilet, washing, blowing the nose, talking any time of day or night, slamming doors. I couldn’t catch a break not saying about rest and good sleep.

Same price as khaosan art hotel but much more spacious. I stayed here for a few nights and enjoyed my stay. Staff is kind, everything is tidy, and the location is incredible is you want to be near khaosan road.

For a night or two this place is fine. Rooms can be a touch small but the location and price more than makes up for it IMHO. If you are passing through then this is all you need. One of a dying breed of GH in the area.

I was staying here for 3 nights. It was great location. If you like Khaosan road and culinery by night market and if you are into pubs. There are a lot pubs in this area. And it is also walking able to the Grand Palace. Thats why i was staying here. The room is okay for solo traveler. Its clean and with quite complete facilities , there are AC, hair dryer, tv and wifi. The shower i think have no hot water but it was not necessary cause Bangkok weather is too hot to handle so better with cold water. The think is the stuff was not really helpful and doesnt speak English. Not even try to give you tips what to do while in Bangkok. He doesnt even try to help while I asked how to go to some places and what transport i should take. Just saying "Idk" thats all lol.

The room was too small but had all facilities (value for money and appropriate for just crashing on bed at the end of the day), wonderful location with a 7/11 very close by. Easy to access khaosan road by walk and also the banglamphu market, ferry stations etc. Early check in was not possible because the cleaning staffs don't arrive before 10:30 am.

Most rooms are around 7sqm. Only on the fourth level are there two attractive rooms with around 13 square meters. Plus a roof terrace. Despite the rather work-shy team on site, we felt comfortable during the 5 days.

We left early after finding 2 cockroaches in our room... At least we were reimbursed for the nights not spent.Furthermore, the rooms are tiny, poorly soundproofed (and the perpendicular street is busy) and the shower head is defective.The air conditioning and wifi work.Too bad because the location was great.

We very like this mini hotel. The price ok. Room small but clean. The staff here very nice, helpful, alway smile. We have a good holiday, thanks all staff here , we will comeback BB house when we come thailand.
