What a cool place. It feels like being in an old pirate ship, a kind of rugged but creatively arranged space, with a really cool hippie/friendly vibe, and the VIEWS of the beach and the volcano are out of this world. WOW. I could sit in the lounge area for days, reading, and watching the world go by. The reception staff was also very lovely.

It’s a wonderful hotel, and pictures don’t capture how beautiful it really is. You will not be disappointed. There’s also a good burger place on the first floor but they close at 6 so get there before 5. And there is a 7-11 a five minute walk away to get ice cream. If you need a vacation from your vacation. This is the place. I recommend staying at least 2 nights to really rest up. Wonderful experience, I highly recommend this hotel (:

Really really great place to connect Kagoshima and the beach. Super furnished, super nice and great place. If you are traveling by bus, it is best to take number 10, the other one unfortunately stops a little further away

This place is the most stunning place I've ever stayed at - every detail of the rooms place is well thought out and gorgeous. The view was so good, I even got to see the volcano erupt from there! It's a little ways out of town since it's near the beach, but it's well worth it to experience the calm and beauty. Everyone working there was very kind and helpful, and the rooms were quite cozy.

The beach and Sakurajima can be seen beautifully from the common area. This is a perfect inn for chilling.Since it was within walking distance of Senganen, I thought that if I went to Senganen after checking in, I wouldn't get stuck in traffic and wouldn't have to pay for parking.There is only one small desk, so it may not be suitable for working hard.

We spent two nights in Carapan in December 2023. The hotel manager was so helpful and trusting and the rooms were beautifully clean and had a lovely energy. The atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return when we next visit Kagoshima.

Absolutely magical guest house, the most beautiful of our stay ❤️ Breathtaking view of the volcano, warm, zen and soothing atmosphere, you feel like you're in a cocoon, the decor is wonderful and it's spacious and comfortable, the bedding is top notch . The staff is adorable and very helpful, the café on the ground floor is magnificent, with an even more beautiful view and good coffee and burgers, special mention for the cheesecake ❤️ There is a very beautiful museum / garden not far away, a 7 eleven and a restaurant.There is a bus stop at the bottom of the hotel but no more buses after 8 p.m. and it is better to return by taxi, otherwise you go along the expressway, it's not great. The café closes at 7 p.m.We will come back with pleasure ❤️❤️❤️
