It is a great place for the stated budget. The instructions can be tricky for a first-time visitor to Japan, but they are easy to follow if you do so correctly. We didn’t want to worry about whether someone would come to give us the room keys, so we simply followed the instructions, retrieved the pin from the key locker, and entered the room. It’s a small apartment with all the necessary equipment. It may not be 100% clean and neat, but it is well above expectations for the budget

The room is old and the air conditioner is not very effective, but I think it can be used comfortably except in summer.The surroundings are quiet and no noise bothers me at all.This time I used it alone, but it was so spacious that it didn't feel cramped even for 5-6 people.The host's response was also good.

the wifi was out by the third day i was there i didnt have international data so had to go to starbucks for wifi. they didnt want to provide me with new towels so i had to go and buy my own. would not stay here the next time im in japan

An enormous room by Tokyo standards and great value for money (for what I paid). Rooms are clean I was on the 2nd floor (of 5). I’d recommend updating some of the pans/pots. Location is at the north end of Shibuya so must factor at least 20 minutes to Shibuya central.

It was spacious and the bed was nice, but I wouldn't say it was clean, and what about people who are allergic to house dust? But it was nice to have a park in front.

Everything was very dirty, the yellow duvets were full of light for sleepingWe returned at 10 p.m., asleep at 11 p.m. but I still received a message from the owner that we had made noise and if we did it again we would go to the police or that we would have to pay 300,000 yenUnacceptable I really don't recommend...

I made a reservation because it was cheap at 13,500 yen from BOOKING.com. As soon as I made the reservation, a cleaning fee of 6,500 yen was added, and I could not cancel, so I decided to stay.I had no choice but to head there, but the front door wasn't even open, so I couldn't even stay the night, so I wasted 20,000 yen.

Large apartment, it offers several services and is located in an excellent location, you can walk to the subway in 5 minutes, the apartment has everything essential for a tourist who only sleeps in the hotel after a day of touring the city.

What a nightmare. We booked this apartment for a short, cheap stay in Tokyo. What a poor lack of judgement. For starters the threatening warnings inside the unit were very off putting and made my girlfriend uncomfortable. The bad stench throughout the house coupled with the dirty, unhygienic bathroom, especially considering the times we are in. Unacceptable. we left soon after arriving and ended up booking a second hotel. The owner refused us a refund even though we barely stepped foot into the property. I could not recommend you enough to avoid this apartment. Disgusting behaviour.

We stayed with 3 people and it was nice that the bed was spacious. The shower pressure was good and I felt relaxed. Although I only stayed overnight, I felt it was better than a hotel.
