As everyone has said, the quality of the staff is the worst. As a result, the customer base has deteriorated. Even if there are troublesome customers, the store staff turns a blind eye. It's scary. Customers are forced to be patient. Useless clerks abandon their duties and make customers pay attention to other customers, causing trouble among customers. Who would want to go to a store like this? I guess the store manager is incompetent as well. More than half of the drinks were filled with large ice cubes. There's almost nothing inside, and the cost performance is terrible, leaving you with an unpleasant feeling of losing out. The atmosphere is not good and you should go to another store. I have come to avoid Pronto anywhere because of this restaurant's extremely low-level food and service.

Anyway, the quality of the staff is low. I put so much ice in my drinks that there's almost nothing inside. The food is not as delicious as compared to other restaurants.I understand that it's crowded at lunchtime, but why would they move tables even though there are no customers at the register and there are still seats available at the counter?It's a store full of idiots who can't read the situation. I like Prompt and use it often, so I'm disappointed in the low quality of this store.I have a question, can't you put drinks in the fridge? I thought it was unsanitary because the pitcher was left in the sink where it looked like it had just been filled with water.

I stopped by after an event at LINE Hall♪Japanese-style pasta with fried eggplant and grilled bacon¥720It was light so I added some rock salt.Chili pepper is on top of grated radish.It will be spicy if you don't mix it well and eat it.

Friendly staff. You order at the front, get your drink if you order a drink with a number stand, then your food will be delivered by kitchen staff to your table. Drinks are very refreshing. Love the spaghetti.
