Great sized rooms with comfy beds. A little further away from Tokyo station than others we have stayed at but the price reflects this. They let us leave our luggage early due to our train coming in early. Enjoyed their shower 🚿 one of the best on this trip. Great in room washing and drying options. The TV didn't work and it was replaced. I recommend they turn the air-conditioning on in their entrance. It's brutally hot and you often have a lengthy wait. Good for a family if in Tokyo and you don't mind a little short walk to the main Tokyo station otherwise its a 700-1000 ¥ taxi 🚕.

The location was convenient and good, but the cleaning was not very clean. When I went there, the person at the reception was not fluent in English or Japanese, so it was difficult to communicate.

Located about a 10-minute walk from Tokyo StationQuiet, secluded, fairly clean, and a suitable place for family, friends, and lovers alike.However, there are few restaurants other than convenience stores nearby. Highly recommended for those who buy everything outside and only go to the convenience store when entering.Very clean.

I read through the reviews prior to posting this review and am in shock at the varying experiences other patrons have had. I do not recommend this hotel/ apartment hotel to anyone. First off they do not have 24/7 guest services as loosely advertised (I’ve seen the front desk lady a total of maybe three times). We found our luggage that was delivered out near the elevator with no supervision. If stolen, there would have been no way of getting the items back except for a CTV footage. Once we got to our room, the main AC unit in the living room that was counted as a second sleeping space was broken and they knew about it and had no resolution for the issue until the day before we left. Three nights later. While the front desk lady was nice, she had no idea how to remedy any issues and would ask us to reach out to the manager.All in all, this place sucked. Book somewhere else. You truly get what you pay for.

Serviced apartment with a separate bedroom and small kitchen. Great bathroom and washing machine. Close to Ginza and the Marunouchi/Otemachi business district. Everyone was surprised that there was no cleaning/change of sheets after a week.

Like many accommodations in Japan, this apartment also appears to be a bit cramped, at least for us who were 3, especially if you are looking for a solution with a kitchenette. It is equipped with all comforts and appliances, especially for the kitchenette, but for us who often used the kitchen and we were practically 3 adults, the spaces are a bit small. The bedroom, with a door, contains just the two beds, one of which is attached to the wall and the furniture is behind and difficult to reach. Good bathroom separated in various areas. The stay is barely manageable. The sofa bed is for an adult and ours was a little loose. Perhaps by equipping the room with 2 or more tatami mats, a comfortable layer could be made. The table is useless for 3. Only plates and glasses fit. Minimum crockery and zero accessories such as bowls or sharp knives. Let's say that it is an excellent solution for those who often go out for lunch and need some comfort in the kitchen. Office area, therefore convenience of transport, less than supermarkets, as there are several small markets. For a handful of days, it was still comfortable and functional. Quiet and clean, the managers even stored our suitcases on the day of check out.

We spent 7 nights at an apartment in Hiz Hotel Ginza-Higashi. The place has a nice queen sized bed, a sofa bed and a futon. (Japanese Matress) The toilet has a motion sensor and has buttons to open, close and flush the toilet. Place is convenient and near to multiple stations, like Kyobashi, Takaracho and Ginza. It acts more like an apartment than a hotel apartment, so you have to go to basement to get your towels and tissue paper. Has a big bathtub, perfect for baths. Very clean, will go back again!

Great location- only a short walking distance from 4 subway lines. Central location where you can easily get to Shibuya, Asakusa, Akihabara, Tokyo Big Sight, Central Ginza, the train station, and Haneda Airport. Good place to stay if you are with family and want more space than a hotel room. We have stayed here before with our family of 4, so I booked HIZ again when I was traveling to Tokyo with my daughter. We always book the 2 bedroom apartment. The couch is also a comfortable sofa bed (IKEA). There was a free limo service from the airport if you reached a minimum booking fee. This was a nice convenience when arriving from USA with jetlag.Downside: The 2 times we have stayed here, there has been road noise. The 2 bedroom apartment is in the back of the hotel. This means it gets a lot of road noise from the nearby highway. The master bedroom is especially loud because there is a sliding glass door that lets through a lot of noise. If you are sensitive to noise, please consider this. The noise did not bother the rest of my family. Perhaps the 1 bedroom or hotel room is in the front of the hotel and would get less noise. Also, on this particular visit, there was a lot of road construction during the day. This only impacted us on the days we came back to rest between tours.

The apartment is spacious, well equipped and was quite clean. The dishwasher had a dirty load in there and we found a wrapper under the bed (not the end of the world). It is very rare to find a one bedroom apartment in Tokyo , let alone in this price range. It is located in a very quiet area and is within 10 minutes walk of 3 metro stations so very practical. There are lot of food options within walking distance. The staff was very polite and helpful.The one thing being a bit of a let down is the sofa bed, it very uncomfortable and small. Probably ok to sleep 3 people but 4 is a bit of a stretch. My back is still hurting writing this.

We had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious. Kitchen was well equipped, lots of nice extras in the bathroom. The lady working there was very nice and helpful. Local area was very pretty but a bit of a walk to main station, although smaller stations around. Very nice, would stay again.

Highly recommended for a family or a group of people who visit Tokyo for the first time. The hotel staff was very friendly and spoke English well. This hotel room was roomy, mostly clean, quiet, and within a walking distance to the many train stations. However, our bedroom was too bright at night due to the thin windows curtains and the street lights outside. There were too many blood stains on the bed cover and the pillows looked too old. Above all, this hotel was perfect for our family of four.
