Walk for about 8 minutes from Hatagaya Station along Koshu Kaido. The bath is divided into a bathtub and a washing area, and the great thing about it is that you can store hot water before entering. Dove body soap and shampoo are also good.It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room.It would be nice if there was a coin laundry.

The room is like a hotel. however..3 star rooms. The size is 5 stars.Service is worse than hostel. The hallway is like a motel near a local construction site.I know that my writing can have a big impact on other travelers, and I try to write good reviews whenever possible.First of all, I was embarrassed when I came to the front desk. It is smaller than motels in Korea. There is no staff at the front desk, so I had to call to get in.I was embarrassed for the second time after going up the elevator. Even motels in our country are not at this level. The third thing that caught me off guard was that there was a young foreign man and a young woman doing the cleaning. First of all, I was surprised to see them cleaning with the door open and a cleaning card placed in a very narrow passage. But the room was spacious and nice compared to the 3-4 star hotels in Japan I went to. The toilet and bathroom are separate and clean. However, the carpet in my room was navy colored and there were signs that it had not been cleaned well.First of all, if you are a woman traveling alone, pass. The location is not great. You have to cross the street from the convenience store. Although it is Shibuya, this is a place where residential areas are gathered. It is dark at night. There is no place to play around. Sasazuka Station is about 5 minutes away, but it almost closes at 10 o'clock. The fourth and final embarrassment on the check-out day wasThe employee opens the door and comes in.Check out was at 11, but it was 10 o'clock and I didn't even knock. What would you do if you were changing clothes?I hope this helps you during your trip.

We took the room with the futons. Very good surprise. It was very spacious, with a traditional Japanese ambiance. We also appreciated the large bathtub and the huge flat screen. The staff were lovely, even though we didn't speak Japanese.

Traveling with 2 kids and wife, the room is big and many spacing. Got 4 separate beds so we were happy. The location is not near Shinjuku centre, you have to take the subway but it is only one stop so not difficult at all.I would like to point out that the staff are extremely helpful. The young man and the young girl. There were some incidents during my stay and they did help me a lot (my Japanese is so poor), they have me to make calls to hospital and police station. If I came back to Tokyo, I will stay here again.

This place was awesome!I have been to Japan and Tokyo many times but never had stayed at a place this good. The rooms were huge especially by Japanese standards. The bathroom was very big and the beds were comfortable. The team that worked there were all extremely friendly and helpful. They also provided free drinks and snacks on the top level. The view from the top was so amazing. It had the whole downtown Tokyo skyline in view. It felt very surreal. The location is close to a train station and literally right in front of a bus stop that takes you to Shibuya in 20 mins. Very convenient and more comfortable than peak hour trains.I highly recommend this place for anyone coming to Tokyo. Very hard to find anything close to that much space, comfort and price in Tokyo.

“Will stay here again!”Rooms are clean and pretty big. We are family of 5 and stayed here for 10 days. I must say we were very comfortable in our room. There is a bus stop at the front of the hotel which can take you directly to Shibuya. Distance to nearest Sasazuka Station is roughly 8-minute walk. There are konbinis and groceries nearby the hotel. Check-in was smooth, staff were friendly and nice. Fuss-free checkout. The hotel has a rooftop where you can chill and admire the city view while enjoying some complimentary drinks and snacks. Thank you! My family had a wonderful stay!

Location near a smaller subway called Keio that takes you to a larger station so it was easy to move around the city. The hotel decor is luxurious and rooms spacious. …
